Samatoki Aohitsugi x Reader

You were Nemu Aohitsugi's best friend. And she was your's. The two of you were like fish and water: always together. The only time you were separated was when you had to go to sleep at your separate houses, but even that could be sorted with a simple sleepover. Like the one you were planning now.

Even after all these years of being friends, you had never once been around Nemu's house for a sleepover. Sure you had stayed over a couple of times before heading back home, but her brother was never there. This time, he was.

Nemu's main goal right now -apart from planning the sleepover- was convincing you to meet her brother. You knew she absolutely adored her brother and you always found that quite sweet, considering you lived alone. Your parents had passed away at a young age, your mum a prostitute and your dad a drug addict. This meant you had always lived in a rough environment from a young age, something you found out was better learned earlier than later.

She explained how her brother was the absolute nicest once you got to know him, and how he would even buy us ice cream if we asked politely. You laughed at that one. Ice cream? In this cold weather? Nemu blushed at the stupidity behind her comment and went on to continue telling you all about her wonderful big brother. So far you had learnt:

He sounded like the ultimate big brother one could have. You were happy Nemu was happy. The one thing she had forgot to tell you when you arrived later that day with your bag, was that he was a yakuza. You didn't really mind, but you thought it would have been an important deal, considering yakuza's were meant to be feared. What if you were in trouble with them? What if you hated them? Feared them? What would she do then?

"(Y/n) meet my big brother, Samatoki Aohitsugi."

You nodded your head at the male.

"Samatoki meet my best friend, (Y/n) (L/n)!"

He held out his hand in a formal manner, to which you accepted. "Nice to meet you kid." You shook his hand. "You too Aohitsugi-san." He chuckled at your politeness. "Just call me Samatoki. It'll get confusing otherwise." You nodded your head in understanding. "Okay Samatoki-san." He chuckled. "That's better! Tell me if you two need anything."

With that, he walked off towards what you assumed was his room, as he left the two of you in the living room. "How about we watch a film?" You nodded your head, following Nemu as she put away her stuff for the time being.

The two of you decided to create little blanket piles with pillows added so that the two of you had a lot of space to relax. "What movie?" You gave Nemu a shrug to the best of you ability from your position on the floor. "Anything. As long as it's not a kid's movie. They're boring." She sulked, pouting in the opposite direction. "Well I was going to suggest Frozen but I guess that's off the menu..." You gave her a smile. "If you really want to, sure. I don't have any better suggestions anyway." Her face lit up and she immediately found Frozen on her tv. Pressing play, you dived into the icy musical.

After an hour or so of the movie, Samatoki came in saying that dinner was ready and to come eat. In the heat of the moment, Nemu had shouted back, "I can't pause my emotions Samatoki! The best part is coming up..." Samatoki just muttered some inaudible words, as you got up to collect both your's and Nemu's dinner.

"The two of you seem to be enjoying yourselves. Let me guess, you're watching Frozen?" You nodded at the male, picking up your two dinner plates. "Let me carry that. I don't want you dropping it and hurting yourself." You nodded, smiling kindly at the male as he relieved you of one of your plates. "You might want to just say in here for a bit. It gets pretty noisy at this time in the film." You tilted your head, confused. "Why's that?" He just shook his head, nodding in the direction of the living room. Just then you heard a horrific noise that made you jump.
