It's been a week later since you and Steve kissed that night. Since you waited for him to get out of the shower. But Steve still hasn't spoken to you about that kiss and you already know how he feels about you. So you start to think maybe he doesn't like you anymore. But you suddenly get distracted from thinking about it when someone knocks on your bedroom door. It's Thor.
"Hey y/n we are about to watch a movie so should come down and watch with us." Thor says
"Uhh yeah sure I will be down there in a couple of minutes." Y/n says
You get down stairs to see everyone sitting on the couch waiting for you.
As you walk down the stairs Thor tells you to hurry up and get down there. So that they can start the movie. You yell back at him and tell him to hold on for just a second I'm grabbing a blanket. Steve and Nat tell you that there is an extra one on the couch next to Steve. You not knowing what they mean by that walking into the living room and see that the extra blanket is an extra spot next to Steve on the couch with of course the blanket. So of course you sit down next to Steve and get under the blanket and you then ask who is picking the movie and everyone says that Steve is picking. And as they all say that Steve is picking you read everyone's mind in the room and they are all thinking the same thing which is: "Great Steve is picking the movie he is probably going to pick something old." You stop reading there minds and laugh a little.
"What's so funny?" Nat says
"Oh umm I just read everyone's mind after you guys said that Steve is picking the movie that's why I laughed." Y/n says
"Wait what's so funny about that?" Steve says
"I don't know I think that everyone is worried that you are going to pick a movie that is from the 1940s. No one wants to watch a old movie Y/n say to Steve
"Wow how original you guys calling me old again. And I just let you know that we aren't watching a movie from the 1940s we are watching a movie from ummm I don't when it's from." Steve says
"Omg really Steve!" Everyone says
"Can we at least know what the movie is called?" Peter says
"Uh yeah it's called 'it' I for one find it a very interesting movie." Steve says
"It's a scary movie if that's okay with everyone." Steve says
"Yeah that's fine start the movie Steve." Y/n says
Steve starts the movie once he starts it tony turns off the lights so everyone can see the tv screen and that there is no glare. Once he turns the lights out Steve slides closer to you. Thinking that you wouldn't realize but you did. You let him slide close to you and about fifteen minutes into the movie Steve puts his arm around you. Again you let him cause you like Steve. A scary part of the movie comes up and you get scared and jump a little. Steve looks at you and whispers something into your ear.
"Are you scared?" He says in a low voice
When he whispered that into your ear it sent shivers down your spine.
"Aw is little y/n scared? Does me whispering into your ear like this help?" He says
You whisper in his ear this:
"Steve stop please that feels weird when you whisper into my ear like that." Y/n say
Steve stops after you tell him to stop for awhile. You once get up and asks if anyone wants snacks and of course everyone's say yes they want some snacks. You get up eyeing Steve across the room while you are walking to the kitchen. You start to pop popcorn and you feel like you need a drink. You start drinking alcohol hoping no one walks in catching you trying to get drunk to enjoy the movie more. Someone comes into the kitchen and you hoping it's not tony. It wasn't tony is was Steve great.
"Are you drinking?" Steve says
"Noooo I'm not drinking." Y/n says
"But you are I see the bottle of alcohol in your hand." Steve says
"Oh good job captain obvious way to point out the obvious. I like to drink when I'm not having fun." Y/n says
"I see that. You know you supposed to be getting snacks." Steve says
"Yeah I know but I'm also going to drink this you want some." Y/n says
"Oh no thanks for the offer. But one of us has to be sober *steve winks at you*" Steve says
You guys go back into the livening room with snacks and you hand them out to everyone. And then you go back and sit next to Steve
"Y/n I can smell the alcohol on you." Steve whispers into your ear
" If your not going to do anything about it then don't say anything." Y/n says
"Ok your drunk. You wanna see me do something about it watch this." Steve says
"Y/N says she doesn't feel good. She needs help getting to her room and I'm going to take her up to her room." Steve tells the entire room
"Yeah sure Steve." Nat says
The way Thor and Nat look at you guys. They know that you aren't actually feeling sick you just wanted to be alone with Steve. Which is half true you are drunk and wanted to be with Steve alone in your room. You guys get upstairs and your both right at your door but you trip so Steve picks you up carries you to your bed and kisses you on forehead and says goodnight. You pull his arm to before he leaves and ask him to stay.
"Are you sure I should stay?" He says
"Yes I'm sure stay please I don't wanna be alone." Y/n says
"Okay I will stay." Steve says
Steve gets beside you on your bed and holds you close to him. He gets up for a quick second and he takes his shirt off.
"Why did you take your shirt off ?" Y/n asks
"I don't sleeping in my shirts. If that is okay with you." Steve says
"Yeah that's fine." Y/n says
Steve gets right back beside you and pulls you close his hand is on your stomach and he is holding you tight. You can feel his warm skin through your shirt and you feel safe in Steve's arms. You fall asleep first and when Steve see's that you fell asleep he gets up and gives you a kiss on the cheek and says goodnight.
You wake up in the morning with a small hangover and get dressed to get some breakfast downstairs then go train. You finish your breakfast and head down to the training room. And see Thor and Steve down their training.
"Hey Thor wanna train with me?" You say
"Uh yeah sure" Thor says
You guys start training and then ten minutes later Tony comes in and says that they have a plan to get Peter and Clint back so. Tony says to suit up everyone but you. (FYI hydra has Peter and others)
"Can I go on the mission?" You say
"No. Two reasons. Reason one you need more training with your powers and reason two what if something happens and hydra gets you. What if hydra takes you again just like they took Bucky." Tony says
"Okay I will stay." You say
Everyone leaves for their mission against hydra trying to get Clint and Peter back. Your on the comms with all of them and you hear then talking to each other in their mission. And you start to feel a little scared and nervous for them. So you get on Steve's comms (it's only you and Steve talking in comms) and you start to softly sing a song. Steve heard soft singing and he keeps asking guys who is singing and no one responds. Then he realizes he is the only one who can hear it.
"Y/n? Are you singing?" Steve says
"Oh yeah sorry I sing when I'm nervous or scared." You say
"Why are you scared?" He says
"You guys have been gone awhile. and what if something goes wrong?" Y/n says
"Nothing bad is going to happen besides I think we are about to leave because he are losing this fight and we need reinforcement and we can't find any of the hydra spies or agents." Steve says
"Oh okay see you later then and be safe." You say
Now your just waiting at the compound waiting for everyone to get back and it's taking awhile you go to Steve's room and turn in the tv and watch something. Suddenly you hear a alarm and J.A.R.V.I.S is saying it's a security breach. You start to get a little scared and grab your phone trying to call tony and Steve and everyone out into he mission and no one answers. So you sneak downstairs and no one is down their not a soul. So you just think it was a false alarm so you go to the kitchen and open the fridge to get a drink then close the fridge and you feel something go over your head and you black out.
Later tony and the others are on their way back. And J.A.R.V.I.S alerts tony that there has been a security breach at the compound. And tony starts to get worried and tell the other freak out and rush back to the compound to find no one home y/n wasn't there. No one knew where you were Tony had suspected that Hydra broke into the compound and took you. And he is right about that so he calls a meeting and tells the others to make a plan to save you. Steve and and everyone else is really worried about you but especially Steve.
*back to your pov*
You wake up in a room with a open door but not one person is around. So your wondering if this is a setup and they want you to escape to hurt you some other way. So you get up and walk through the door and no one comes to you. So go to the front of the building and walk out the front door and notice that your in Queens New York. It's a far walk from the avengers compound. But you finally make to the front door and you see Happy on the way in.
"The other avengers are looking for you." Happy says
"Yeah i know" you say
You walk in the building take the elevator and go to the main area to go play the piano. You like to play the piano when you're stressed out of something is bothering you. You start to play a soft slow song on piano and somebody hears you from the conference room. And come towards you.
"Guys come look at this!" Thor shouts in the conference room.
They come out the meeting room to look to find y/n playing the piano. Steve comes over to you and hugs you really tight and really long.
"Where were you?" Steve says
"Are you okay?" Nat said
"How did you escape?" Tony asks
" I was kidnapped. And I'm fine I'm okay and I'm not hurt. I just walked out the doors that's how I escaped." Y/n says
"Make sure let's get you checked out and a nurse look over to see it there are any injuries we may miss." Tony says
"No I'm fine." You says
"Please y/n for me" Steve begs you
He looks at you with puppy dog eyes still begging.
"Fine. But one condition." Y/n says
You whisper the one condition into Steve's ear.
"You owe me something" you whispered
You go and get checked out and it turns out that you are fine. And you are okay not suck and no injuries.
"See I told you guys." You tell everyone
You get up and walk to your room and look over at Steve and give him a look. And he gets up to follow you to the hallway of your room. And Steve grabs your wrist and pulls you back to him and he tries to kiss you. And you duck down and dodge the kiss.
"You gotta be faster than that Rogers" y/n flirts
"Are you teasing me? You know I don't like that." Steve says
"Yeah I know. That's why I am doing it."
You and Steve go into your room kissing each other aggressively. And you guys have sex. And then after you both did it your both just laying in your bed and staring at the ceiling talking all night. And then you finally get close to Steve and you guys cuddle and you both close your eyes and fall asleep.
