(A/N: I never gave a picture of what I think Hecate's Office would look like so here it is sorry about that)
A rustling of papers could be heard as many of the young witches would be walking back and forth from the magical library guarded by the goddess, as they kept reading through many of the books trying to learn new spells to further themselves in their craft. In her office, Hecate could be seen observing Margo who was fighting a power enhanced villain with a few of her classmates and the symbol of peace himself AllMight.
She sighed a bit disappointed in one of her most interesting students thus far for breaking a moral rule within the magic community, never reveal that magic exists. There were a few consequences that came along with it and she was planning to deal with the situation thoroughly, but she decided to wait until the young witch was in her room to contact her.
That was a mistake on her part as a few days had passed and the goddess had been busy with other affairs that required her attention, as she began dealing with a few more would pop up showing that many disorders were happening especially with the number of new witches who wish to experience the thrill of magic. Margo's wide display has been increasing the numbers as of late in a way that she never thought possible.
Her eyes then widened, Right! Margo! she thought as she looked through her viewing crystal to know where her student was currently, only to see her being peaceful in her room doing magic. Is she summoning m- no... wait that's very different... she thought as she squinted her eyes to get a better view of the sigils on the ground. Her eyes would widen but at the moment she realized the entire library was shaking as if hit by an earthquake.
"Where did she even-"
The goddess spoke aloud as she looked at her personal shelves to see one of the books be missing right next to the book that was intended for Margo. She silently cursed as she made a ridiculous mistake, being near dark mana had affected her senses. Had it been a small portion she would've been fine but the amount changed a lot, that is why she needed Margo, and with their contract... She stopped midthought as she quickly transported herself to the location of her student who was going to commit a great Taboo.
As she appeared beside Margo she saw the violet portal open right above Margo's head as the goddess tried to reach out to Margo before she does something completely irreversible.
"Don't!"
But as she spoke her student vanished from sight, the goddess stood there for a few moments her eyes wide open as she rubbed the temples on her head. she quickly transported back to her office falling clumsily on top of her desk.
She would cough a few times while covering her mouth with her hand as she felt something slimy roll down her hand, it would be pitch black. The goddess gave her hand a very disgusted look as she walked towards the back of her office opening a secret cabinet with a magic seal on top of it. It would begin unlocking as it revealed an entire hallway, she would walk through the guarded seal before taking an hourglass as the pitch-black slime would begin filling up the hourglass before she placed it back on the shelf with it vanishing into thin air.
She would give out a sigh as she walked back to her office the cabinet closing behind her, she would then sit in front of her desk before she would lean against her chair while looking up to the ceiling. I don't have much time she thought to herself while she slowly closed her eyes.
End of Prologue
A/N: Alright so what do you guys think of the prologue so far? Kind of a shocker the goddess is sick, but I wonder what she could need Margo for? Or how did she even get that in her body in the first place? No worries questions will be answered if you stick with the series until then see you next time!
