Mind Manipulation

The Note :)

They made our way to the back of the bus, where there was no people. Kirishima moved out of the way so Kaci could sit first. Evie nudged her arm, teasingly. Kirishima took a seat next to Kaci. Evie and bakugo sat in the seats in front of them, because Bakugo insisted on it. She stared out the window and at the clear sky.

"At least the weather looks nice today." she thought to herself. After a few minutes, she seemed to get quite tired. She hadn't yet noticed how tense Bakugo was. He appeared to be quite nervous about sitting so close next to her, but he didn't say anything. Evie rested her head on Bakugo's shoulder and began to close her eyes. His eyes widened, but he quickly calmed down again and fell asleep also. Behind them, Kaci was teaching Kiri some handshakes- they were mainly goofing around.

After 20 minutes or so, the bus stopped and Bakugo slowly opened his eyes. He tensed up when he realised that Evie was still asleep on his shoulder. He tapped her gently, waking her up.

"We're here, dumbass." he said in a surprisingly calm tone. They got out of their seats, where Kaci and Kiri were getting out of their seats. Kirishima elbowed Bakugo, "So we saw Evie leaning on your shoulder, eh?" Bakugo pushed him away and turned red.

"SHUT UP!"

They stepped into the mall- Kaci and Evie were immediately excited to go shopping. They ran around, in and out of clothes shops for an on-going hour, with Bakugo and Kirishima occasionally trailing behind them. While Kaci and Evie were trying on rings they couldn't even afford, the two boys just looked around a sports shop. Kirishima came out with a whole bag full of stuff, whilst Bakugo just trailed behind him. They all met up again and went in a cafe. They talked and ate some food. Soon, it was time to go again. Even Bakugo had some fun there. Sadly, it went really quick and they were back on the bus again. Evie noticed that Bakugo had a bag by his foot and she pointed it out.

"Oh, so you did get something! What did you get?" She asked. Bakugo blushed slightly and grunted. He fumbled around in the bag and took out a cute stuffed animal. It was a panda- her favourite animal. Immediately, he dropped it on her lap and turned away again.

"Wait, this was for me...?" Evie asked, picking it up. Bakugo faced her in his seat.

"Well... if you don't like it then-"

"I love it! Why wouldn't I? You even remembered my favourite animal!" Evie exclaimed, kissing Bakugo on the cheek. It took him by surprise, but he seemed satisfied with himself, as he hunched over in his seat. In fact, Kirishima had gotten Kaci one as well, but hers was a white kitten plushie.

At lunch, the next day~

Kaci and Evie were already sat around their lunch table, digging into their food. Bakugo and Kiri were taking ages so the girls decided to just play some truth or dare.

"Okay, I dare you tooo..." Kaci began. An idea sprung to her mind. "I dare you to run over to Midoriya's table and ask Iida whether we're allowed to sit on tables and before he can even answer no, just run back over here and sit on the table."

"Your so mean!" Evie groaned, "But okay!" She ran over to Midoriya's table.

"Oh hello Evie! Do you need something?" Midoriya said. She turned to Iida.

"I have a question. Are we allowed to sit on tables?"

"What? N-"

"OKAY THANK YOU." She ran back to Kaci and sat on the table. Iida gestured for her to sit down on her CHAIR, with a stern expression. Kaci laughed; Uraraka and Midoriya were even giggling over at their table. Evie sat down properly again.

"Okay. Truth or dare?" Evie questioned.

"Dare, duh."

"Hmmm. Okay. I dare you tooooo..." She spotted Bakugo and Kirishima finally walking through the doors at the other side of the canteen. Evie smirked. "I dare you to shout across to Kirishima that he is looking especially manly today."

"Wait, what?! Bu-"

"QUICK THEY'RE COMING CLOSER!"

"HEY KIRISHIMA!" Kaci shouted, "YOU ARE LOOKING ESPECIALLY MANLY TODAY!" She quickly sat back down in her seat, quite embarrassed. Kirishima looked so confused and his face was so red- Evie was dying of laughter. As soon as they arrived, Kirishima smiled at her nervously, "So, uh... what was that about?" he asked.

"That was a compliment from Kaci." Evie stated, before Kaci got a chance to say anything.

"Oh... thanks," Kirishima said quitely, smiling to himself. Bakugo sat down next to Evie and put his arm around her shoulder. That was a first. They were all laughing and joking around. Kaci suddenly remembered something.

"Oh yeah, guys, before lunch finishes I'm gonna head outside."

"Why?" Evie asked.

"I found a note in my bag somehow, telling me to meet someone behind the school." She got up from her seat.

"Wait! Do you want me to come with you? What if it's a villain?" Kirishima said, with a serious expression for once.

"It can't possibly be because Iv'e been in school the whole day- you know how protected this school is." Kaci smiled. "Plus they didn't want me to bring anyone anyway so perhaps they are talking about personal things. It wouldn't be fair to eavesdrop in something like that."

"Yeah, I know but-"

"Just leave it." Bakugo piped in. Kaci waved and began to walk out. She wondered who was going to be waiting for her. It certainly wasn't what she expected. At all.
