"Oh, sorry dear. This is one of my best friends, Sirius Black. Sirius, this is one of my best friends, Leo." I said smiling, as I held Sirius hand. They had all said hello, and we headed downstairs. James and Remus were sitting on the couch in the living room watching TV when we walked in.
"Oh hey, Peter just left." James said still looking at the TV. "Wait..Oh hi Leo! It's great to see you!" James said cheerfully.
"Hi James! This is my friend Lorenzo, I hope you don't mind I brought him." Leo said.
James shook Lorenzo's hand.
"Leo, this is Remus Lupin. Remus this is Leo."
James said looking at the two.
"Hi, nice to meet you." Remus said with a smile. Everyone had sat down on the couch watching a Muggle movie called 'The Avengers'.
"Hey Hailey, I need to talk to you, if that's alright." Lorenzo said. I sent a glance down at Sirius who had his head on my shoulder.
"Oh um..sure." I answered. I bent my head down to talk to Sirius.
"I'll be right back, I have to talk to Lorenzo." I whispered.
"Alright dear." He responded with a yawn.
IN ZA KITCHEN
I noticed the lights were dim, and I cautiously walked inside, and flipped on the lights.
I looked around to try to find Lorenzo, but I couldn't find him. I felt someone's hands wrap around me, trying to kiss my neck, and I realized they were unfamiliar. I spun around and smacked Lorenzo right in the jaw.
"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT." I yelled. He placed a finger on my lips.
"Oh come on, we both knew you liked it." He said smirking, reaching for me. I backed away slowly, and he lunged forward, and grabbed me. He attempted to kiss my neck again when I heard a familiar voice from behind me.
"Get.your.filthy.hands.of.her.now." Sirius said angrily, glaring at the boy.
"Why should I? She doesn't have a boyfriend." He responded, still holding on to me.
"GET YOUR HANDS-" I tried to yell, but my mouth was covered by his hand. I bit his hand and he pulled away from me. I ran behind Sirius, crying.
"You're alright love, I promise. Now go get your mother and Leo." He whispered. At this point he had drawn his wand and was pointing it towards him. I sprinted to the living room, and grabbed my mother and Leo's hands. I pulled them into the kitchen and Sirius turned around and embraced me.
"My darling, what happened?" My mother said angry.
I pointed at Lorenzo, and told the whole story, and how Sirius had come to save me.
"Get out of this house and never come back. NOW." My mother screamed at him. Lorenzo was furious and opened the front door.
"I will get you sooner or later Hailey." He said, walking out the door. I was still crying, holding onto Sirius.
"Hailey, my poor dear. Come here." My mother said gently. I ran into her arms bawling.
"Mia, I think it's best for me to leave. I brought him here." Leo said quietly.
"If that's what you want Leo." My mother responded. Leo had gone upstairs and grabbed his stuff. He walked out the front door, without saying goodbye.
"Sirius, will you stay with her for the night please. I noticed how close you two have been getting lately." Euphemia said softly.
"Of course Mia." Sirius answered, looking over at me. James and Remus had walked in and saw me.
"WHAT HAPPENED TO HER?" They yelled at the same time, running to my side. My mother explained everything, and James had held onto me the whole time.
"Hailey, would you like to have a sleepover tonight?" I nodded. I had stopped crying, when I realized that Regulus was gone.
"Mom, where's Reggie?" I asked.
"Oh, I'm sorry, he gave me a letter to give you." She answered. Euphemia gave me the letter, and I opened it. It had said that he decided to go on a business trip with my father.
"Oh.." was all I said, and walked up the stairs.
I had opened up my door, to see Sirius passed out in my bed and James on the floor. I looked over to see if Remus was in here, but I heard someone behind me.
"Well would you look at that." Remus whispered. "Hailey I'm sorry about what happened. You didn't deserve it." He embraced me tightly.
