"Thanks Rem. Now do you wanna help me?" I said evilly grinning, holding up water balloons.
"It would be my pleasure." He said and grabbed one. We had filled them up, and tiptoed into my room.
"On three.. one.. two.." I whispered.
"THREE!" Remus shouted as he launched it at Sirius. I had also threw mine at James and it hit him directly in the face. They both sat up confused and saw Remus and I standing there.
"We should run." I said, grabbing Remus' hand pulling him down the stairs and out the back door. We stopped at my tree and climbed up to the top. I knew James and Sirius were scared of heights, so that's where we stayed. I looked back to the house and saw them running out the back door.
"HAILEY GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW." James yelled from the bottom of the tree.
"NO! COME UP AND GET ME!" I yelled back. Remus had surrendered and went down, but I stayed seated at the top of the tree. James had started to climb up, and I climbed down a bit, and thought, 'I could jump, or I could be caught.'
I took a step forward, and jumped off a branch.
I landed with a thud, and Remus and Sirius came running toward me.
"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING?!" They yelled. I giggled and got up, about to run, but then I felt a ton of pain in my right arm. I gasped out in pain. James had come down from the tree.
"BLOODY HELL HAILEY. DO NOT DO THAT." James screamed. I looked at him and smirked.
My father came outside yelling. He must have just gotten home from the trip.
"ARE YOU SERIOUS." He yelled. I snorted.
"NO. He's Sirius!" I said pointing to Sirius. My dad looked at me with a small smirk, then looked at my arm.
"Hailey, your arm, I believe it's broken. Let's get you inside dear." He said. "James, will you come help me?" James stepped foreward and looked at me worriedly.
"Your lucky that it's Dad, Mom would have had a heart attack." James stated. We had gone inside, and they laid me on the living room couch.
"James, get your sister some ice. Remus, please go with him, I need to talk to these two.
"Of course." Remus said following James. My father turned to Sirius and I, and looked us straight in the eyes.
"How are you guys doing? I had noticed you got into an arguement yesterday. Is that correct?" He questioned. Sirius looked over and grabbed my hand.
"We did in fact argue yesterday, but we got things sorted out. But we were sort of in a relationship, but we decided we probably shouldn't because we didn't know how James would react to it." Sirius responded sadly.
"Sirius my boy, it does not matter what James thinks, it matters if she makes you happy." He looked over at me. "Does he make you happy?"
He asked. I nodded my head and squeezed Sirius' hand.
"Then it's settled. I allow you two to be together. It's perfectly fine with me. I just wanted to let you know how I felt. We will worry about James later." He said smiling.
"Speaking of the devil, there he is!" I said smirking.
"I will put this ice back. Do not think I won't."
James said a bit harshly.
"Oh come on, Jameson. You know I was joking." I said.
"Mhm. Sure you were." He said rolling his eyes.
He slowly placed the ice on my arm, and sat to turn the TV on.
"Hailey, I'll go grab you a sort of cast." My dad said, standing up.
"Alright, thank you Dad. Oh, Sirius, be a dear for me and go get my blanket?" I said looking up at him.
"You're pushing it Hails. But yes, I will go get it." He said rolling his eyes.
"Thank you!!" I said, turning my attention back to the TV. Sirius had returned from my room, and sat down next to me, and wrapped the blanket halfway around, then sat me in his lap. I laid down and he wrapped his arms around me. At this point, everyone had gone to bed already, and it was just the two of us.
Sirius turned me around and kissed me. I wrapped my good arm around his neck and pulled him closer. We did that for a good five minutes, but we heard the front door open.
