"Lau, hindi ka ba nagugutom?" he suddenly asked as we both heard his rumbling stomach for the fifteenth time tonight.

He's been so quiet after I said those words to him as we heard the other bands play their songs. We're not even talking but I keep hearing his stomach shouting for help. I looked at him with a frown in my face and he just pouted like a kid.

"Seriously, calm your tummy down!" I ranted before pulling myself up and away from him.

"Hoy, huwag mo ako iwan!" he screamed and ran towards me.

We went down and I started searching for good places to dine here tonight. I saw that Vikings is just by the corner and I just had to drive a few blocks from here so I pulled him towards the direction of my car but he suddenly stopped giving me a mischievous smile. Fear crept into my system as every worst possibility lurks inside my mind. "Whatever it is you're thinking, it's a no." I stated before he can even say anything.

He just laughed at me then he pulled me somewhere na hindi ko alam! I'm actually starting to get scared about my life and I felt my blood dried up when we stopped in front of Mang Inasal. "Hello unli rice," he murmured making me step back a bit.

"Let's go to the buffet I saw.." I tried convincing him but he just maked face at me.

"Kilala kita, sa mahal nanaman iyan ano? Nako.. mag-tipid ka nga, itong batang 'to!" he lectured making me frown at him.

"They would recognize me here and eww, I don't even know if they sanitize their plates well. I have a very sensitive stomach you know?" I tried even more but yeah, Kale is a hardheaded bitch.

I bet slamming his head in the wall won't be necessary for the wall might get fucked up but his head will still function as fine. He pulled me inside to the farthest table where we're the only ones seated so even though I remove my mask, no one will see my face. Well except for the one who will serve us of course.

"Masarap dito, hindi ka magsisisi." he sounded so happy while I'm here getting nervous every second.

For fuck's sake I don't want to create ruckus here! If these people started recognizing me, I bet everyone will come running just to have a picture with me. That's always how it goes considering my reputation in the industry today. I held my head in frustration as Kale ordered something for us. It's actually amazing how the orders came fast so we don't even had to wait for long. We still have to attend his gig later and we can't be late. He's GreatPlay's vocalist anyway.

"Tikman mo na, dali!" he mentioned being entirely weird as he anticipated my next move.

I looked around and see if anyone's looking before I removed my face mask and I saw how Kale stiffened because of it. I raised my brow at him before smelling the food in front of me. It actually looked pleasing and it smells nice too, so yeah, I might consider this now. My hand moved as I took the spoon and fork to try it out and to my surprise, it does taste so good. I nodded as I munched the food making him laugh at me. "This isn't that bad," I murmured.

He suddenly took the orange sauce thing and poured some in my rice making my eyes go extremely wide. Like comically wide! Did he just did that? I think it's an oil of some kind and yeah asshole I'm on diet!

"Mas masarap kapag may ganyan, promise!" he even raised his right hand just to prove it to me as I glared at him.

Seriously, can someone tell me how am I still friends with him?

"You know what, screw you. The management will kill me for this." I stated before taking a bite.

I tried hard not to look so pleased with the taste because Kale kept on staring at me with a smile in his face. He looked so freaking creepy! "Rice po!" he suddenly called out making my eyes weirdly wide again.
