Holding her knees tightly close to her chest, Y/n let her head fall back and stare blankly at the ceiling, while tears were endlessly flowing on her cheeks. Oreo jumped on the couch and took a seat beside her owner, her presence making Y/n raise her head and look her way. The warmth the pet gave off was so comforting, it was a painkiller to her broken heart right now in this suddenly lonesome house.
She slowly unwrapped one of her arms off her knees and stretched it to scratch the back of the cat's ear. Oreo purred in satisfaction and pushed her head to Y/n's palm, wanting to be pet some more. Light curves made their way to the girl's lips, remembering scenes like this were her life before any of this happened.
A single hardworking college girl trying to ensure a bright future for her. No boyfriends, not anything. Just her and Oreo. As much as she wanted to believe that it was just going to be as it was in the past for her, it hurt her to see her house go silent and lonely once again.
After giving Oreo a few more strokes on her black and white silk fur, she slowly put one leg after the other on the floor and stood up. She could barely stand, her vision was blurry and her head was spinning around. Nevertheless, she managed to walk to her bathroom and get undressed, ready to put her body under some warm water and let the sadness flow away.
Her tears had dried out on her face by now, but her crying was still visible on her red face and swollen eyes. She pushed her wet hair off her forehead and let them hang behind her head, while gliding with her free hand the side of her neck. Soon enough, she reached the hickey Oikawa gave her last night, the one hickey that revealed everything to Suga and drove him away from her.
With quick movements she pulled herself out of the shower and turned to face her blurred mirror. She brought her hand close to the glass and wiped the droplets off of it, her reflection appearing on it. She could now eye the purple spot as well, besides only feeling the light pain. Her stare was intense and she wouldn't stop running her index finger over it over and over again.
"Dammit!" She hit the sink in front of her and shifted her body weight to her arms resting on it. She leaned down on her toes, still holding onto the sink, while her head was buried to her chest and her eyes produced tears once more.
"Dammit Oikawa..." Quiet but audible, pained crys left her mouth. She was struggling for air in between her long sobs, she was almost having a panic attack. Her breathing became unsteady, her heart pumped faster than ever. This pained her so much. Mainly because it was her fault. And it wasn't the hickey that drove Suga away...
She was...

"Should I call her?" Oikawa asked Iwa, while scrolling through his phone with one hand and munching on a toast with the other. His back was facing Iwa who was sitting on their dining table, having breakfast, and he leaned his body over the kitchen counter. Iwa completely ignored him while taking another bite of his cereal and Oikawa turned his body around to face him.
"I mean with everything that happened last night and all.." He added to get Iwa's attention, which he did. Iwaizumi looked at him and raised an eyebrow, a slight irritated expression on his face.
"Why do you keep asking for my advice Shittykawa? Aren't you supposed to be some kind of girl expert?"
"Well... I guess I don't know girls as much as I thought I did..."" At least the ones that are like her..." He averted his gaze to the kitchen window.
Iwa let out a sigh and took his empty bowl to the kitchen sink near Oikawa. He placed the dirty bowl carefully above all the other plates and leaned his back on the counter next to Oikawa. With a pat on his shoulder Oikawa turned his head to look at Iwa.
"Call her. Check up on her. Ask her how she's doing. Just show her that you actually care..don't make the same mistake..." Iwa advised him sympathetically.
