The plan

Narrator's POV 

Billie and Finneas had been planning this for awhile now, but it got put off because some..complications. But now, it was back on. 

Once Finneas told Billie that it was ready she knew that the next day she would be doing something that would change their lives. Well, it would only be a paper. But it would still change things, and that is what Billie wanted. And she hoped that is what Katie wanted to. 

Billie was going crazy making sure everything was perfect, checking with Finneas over and over again if the plan was still in motion. And every time he would say yes, but that never calmed her nerves. 

The day was soon coming to an end and the big event was coming closer. It felt like just yesterday she met Katie, like they didn't already have a kid. And that they were normal. But that was not the case, they were not normal. Not even human. They met years ago. And they did have a kid. It was that simple. But Billie just liked to over complicate things. 

As they went to bed that night Billie wondered what was going to happen. Would it work out, would it ruin everything?

The next day, the big day

"Come on!" I yell behind me. 

I  hear Katie giggle, "Why am I blind folded?" She asked out

"because." 

"where are we going?" 

"Somewhere." 

"Can I have a hint?" 

"Nope." I smirked

She just grunted and left it at that. Knowing I wouldn't tell her. This was going to be good. 

We made our way to the car. As we were walking Katie made sure to act hurt when I accidentally let her walk into the car. What a baby. I opened the car door and helped her in. 

"You are gonna have to buckle me." she deadpanned. 

"Be nice." I growled knowing it would have an effect on her. 

she squished her thighs together, so I knew it worked. I laughed as I clicked her seat belt together. 

Before I pulled my head out of the car I gave Katie a peck on the lips. 

"That was cute." She giggled. 

"Shut up." I laughed out

I shut her door and walked to the other side.

The car ride was mostly silent, but comfortable. Well, for her at least.  I could hear my heart beating from here, I wonder if she could hear it to. Oh god, oh no. 

Ok, just act normal. 

Calm the fuck down, jesus Scar huffed

I didn't want to, but I needed to listen to Scar. If I didn't I would end up passing out on the very first word in front of Katie, and that would not be very impressing. 

I started to calm myself down, but it all went to shit when we arrived. Without realizing I stopped the car I just sat there. 

"Uh, hello?" 

I looked at Katie in amusement. Even though I was being the dumbass, I still laughed. 

"Come on." I chuckled

"DON'T let me trip or run into anything again ok?" 

"Yes miss sassy." 

I led her all the way to the spot me and Finneas had picked out. When we got there I saw Lilly playing with Claudia, which made my heart melt. God, I'm so soft.
