Hermione's POV

"RONALD, GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE OR WE'RE GONNA MISS THE TRAIN!"

"Sorry.."

He said as he finally showed up at the stairs. I just sighed.

"Harry, you ready?"

"Yeah" he replied.

"Alright." I took a deep breath. Then I looked behind me, where Ron and Harry were standing. Awkward. I stepped towards them and pulled them into a hug.

"We're gonna be ok guys." I said reassuringly.

They hugged back and I smiled to myself.

"Should we get going?"

"Yeah, don't wanna miss the train now do we 'Mione?" Ron smirked.

I shook my head. Idiot, I thought.

*Time skip to when they arrived at the station*

"Finally" Ron sighed from behind me.

"Oh cmon, it wasn't that far." I replied.

"Whatever you say" Ron panted.

I looked over at Harry, who was checking the schedule.

"The train should be here in about 15 minutes" he then uttered, looking at us.

"Sounds good" I smiled.

"15 MINUTES?!" Ron complained, "are you kidding me? We could've waited longer, and not have to-"

He was cut off by a familiar voice from behind us.

"Well, well, well. Look who's here."

I turned around knowing dam right what I was about to encounter. Draco and his slytherin troupe, (Blaise and Pansy, in this AU he spent way more time with them than Crabbe and Goyle) were standing petty looking on the pathway.

"Malfoy." Ron grumbled. "I forgot he'd be here to..."

"Miss me Weasley?" He then said.

I sighed, and decided since someone had to put and end to this childish behaviour. Why not me?

"Guys c'mon. We were getting along fine after the war. Can we maybe just..stick to that? Instead of fighting like a bunch of children?"

Ron bit his tongue and looked away. Zabini was slowly nodding, earning him a dirty look from Draco which he replied to with a shrug. Finally someone said something.

"I hate to admit it, but I'm gonna have to agree with the Book Owl on this one."

Pansy Parkison said. I hadn't really noticed her. She was wearing a black tang top, and ripped jeans that looked extremely well on her. She was hot, no doubt.

Zabini's voice ripped me out of my thoughts.

"I guess I could live with that." He added.

"Sure..." Harry mumbled from behind me. I hadn't even noticed he was listening. Was he ok? I decided to talk to him later about it. I guess he just zoned out for a bit.

"Whatever" Draco snorted.

"Good" I smiled.

"I didn't agree to this..." Ron protested.

"Oh shut it Ronald" I replied. And I could've sworn I saw Parkison smirk. What did she call me  earlier? Book owl? That was kind of cute...

I realised I was blushing and turned away to look at the schedule.

"The train should be here any moment now" I observed.

As if on the moment we heard the faint sound of a whistle blowing, and it kept getting louder. The train had arrived.
