Shade P.O.V

Shade started to explore the ground and the Castle once more, cause she was fidgety and disinterested for the most part. So imagine her surprise, when walking by the big hut, that she gets jumped by a big black dog. Licking Shade's face, leaving saliva trails on her face, she heard a man voice calling out. "Fang get off of 'er." Silently, the dog, Fang, got off and the giant man that Shade had seen when bringing in huge trees, had given her a towel, "Sorry about him." The Giant apologizes to her. But Shade merely smiles as she wipes off Fang's saliva "Don't worry, it's been a while since I met a friendly dog." Shade responded, and noticed how the Giant gave her a pitiful look, which makes her regret her wording. If there anything in the world that makes her detest it more of life is those who feel sympathy for her. She forces herself up to her feet, handing the towel back to the Giant, and placed on her fictitious mask, (a mask that, surprisingly had not been in use during the school year. Not that she at first minded,) and gave an artificial smile to him. She soon learns that the Giant was Rubeus Hagrid, the groundskeeper, and was basically a giant kid. But that also when she learns of a certain break-in at Gringotts and later learns from Hagrid (After sweet-talking him) telling her that the thing was now at Hogwarts and that it was between Dumbledore and Nicolas Flamel...

When Shade entered the Slytherin common room and saw it was packed of students, studying or doing homework, she did a quick scan in order to look for someone, she spotted Blaise with Malfoy, and walked towards them, "Blaise, Malfoy." She greeted them and smirked when she saw Malfoy paled and Blaise biting back a laugh, "Blaise, I need to inquire you about someone." Shade spoke with a disinterested tone, a tone she had adopted after dealing with a few pure bloods who had thought she wasn't good enough to be in house Slytherin, those boys soon found their things (Mainly their Underwear) hanging just outside of the doors of The Great Hall, for everyone to see. Blaise nods, "Do you know who Nicolas Flamel is?" Shade asks, "Nicolas Flamel? He is an Alchemist and had created the Philosopher's Stone." Malfoy spoke up, "What stone?" Shade raises an eyebrow, "The Philosopher's Stone, it is said that it can turn any metal into gold and can extend one's life by the Elixir of Life." Blaise put in, why did that sound familiar?, "Why did you want to know?" Malfoy asks, "A Giant Bird told me something." Shade responds, Blaise merely rolls his eyes, "You and your lack to explain..."

Blaise POV

Blaise knew who Shade was talking about, Hagrid must really have a loose tongue. Shade was clearly a force that shouldn't be reckless. Her magic already proved to be stronger than most ordinary wizards and witches. More cunning than any Slytherin in history, (Maybe beside The Dark Lord) but even with the odd quirks that Blaise picked up on and the rumors that have advance in social circles. Blaise could tell that Shade didn't exactly have the perfect childhood. But almost everyone in Slytherin didn't have the best childhood. But Shade might have been the worst.

Shade POV

Shade dreamed of a blood-red stone, turning the blackest Opal, and she felt the cold before the warmth, kind of like her wand, only it wasn't her wand. Then pain enter her right arm, starting at her hand, till it took her half right of her body, she screamed in pain, before being shaken awake by her housemate...
