So it's Michelle's birthday today. I decided to go out with mama a couple days before and get some stuff for cake and decorations. I was gonna make a funfetti cake with a buttercream frosting. I was gonna do this at 5 am in the morning, before mama and dad went to work.

I decided to go to Mrs. Carols house because she bakes right? I ring her door bell to see if she answered.  Surprisingly she was. She asked me what I was doing here. I told her I wanted to make a cake for Michelle since it was her birthday today and asked if she could help me make it. She said yes of course so I brought the ingredients over and we started making it. Since the eggs were sitting out over night they were already room temp same with the butter.

The recipe called for 9 table spoons of unsalted butter, 3 cups of granulated sugar, 1 cup of canola oil, 4 table spoons of vanilla extract, 4 cups of flour, 4 1/2 table spoons of baking soda, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1 1/2 of milk, 9 egg whites thats room temp, and a half of cup of sprinkles.
My mama also got 3 8-inch round pans so i brought that over too. Mrs. Carol hasn't made a cake in a while she told me. But it's okay it will work. We prepared everything and start to make the cake. We made the batter and decided to make the buttercream next. It called for 1 pound of unsalted butter... A POUND HELLO? damn okay-... 1/4 teaspoons of salt, 6 cups of powered sugar, 6 tablespoons of heavy cream, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
After we baked the cakes we had to wait for it to cook down, so Mrs. Carol made me breakfast, just a simple breakfast sandwich. Let me tell you.. that shit was amazing. By the time we finished baking the cake it was about 6:30 am. The cakes have cooled and it was time to assemble. We trimmed the top of all the cakes and but a thin layer of buttercream in the middle of the cakes. When we finished putting on the last cake we crum coated the cake. She asked me if I need help decorating, I said sure, so we brought everything to my house again. We brought the ingredients back first then the pans. Mrs. Carol carried the cake and I didn't trust myself even though i was going a couple houses down. One of the cars were gone so Mama and Dad left for work. We headed inside and put the cake in the fridge to let it cool. We sat there watching TV for about 30 mins then decided to decorate. The house before Michelle and the others woke up. We put up gold and black balloons, with balloons that said "Happy Birthday". It was time to decorate the cake now, We didn't do much, we just put the last layer of frosting on and make colorful flowers then we were done! It turned out really cute! I put the cake back in the fridge and said goodbye and my thank you to Mrs. Carol.

It was about 8am, and i decided to text the boys to see if they wanted to come later today to celebrate Michelle's birthday. They didn't respond until like 11am.... Same with the girls, They didn't wake up until 10-11 but of course Michelle was the last to wake up. But when she came down we yelled
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!"
She was shocked and surprised anyone would do this. I told her there was a cake in the fridge for her but we have to eat it later for her birthday dinner.
Us girls didn't do much but just lounge around until it was time to get ready for the dinner. Nothing too crazy but just a simple jeans and a t-shirt kind of look. Mama and Dad had came home and Mama started preparing dinner, We helped her. We had Garlic Noodles (it's an asian dish. i'll tell you the recipe for it), some pork char siu, rice and salad. It was a simple dinner to us. It was around 6 when everyone we knew came. It was a lovely dinner we had. Then there was a knock at the door.

"Um ExCuse Me" A lady said, as I was opening the door.

"Um Hi?" I say with confusion.

"Why are you having a party with out inviting us?" She says in a rude tone.

"I don't know you, that's why lady." I say while trying to close the door.

"Well my kids and I are here for the party." She says as she tries to walk in.

"Hey what the fuck are you doing?" I heard my mom say. "Get the fuck out of my house." She says loudly.
My mom shuts the door iin her face and continues on her day. yes

We finish dinner and it was time for the cake. We sang happy birthday to Michelle, opened the gifts from everyone and ate the cake. It was so good thanks to Mrs. Carol. It was around 8 by now, everyone had went home by now because of work. Since that lady came to our house nothing really else happened that night.

ello:) i am very tired. after what happened this week. going back to in person school was super tiring. i had a migraine today but it's okay. it went away. i also don't know what else to write so please come up with some ideas:)!
