Aidan's PoV
I told them what Vida really is to the whole school, and their reactions were priceless. Like dude there was this guy who bullied her, and that guy got expelled! So, now were having coffee at our favorite cafe. "So, how does the 'princess' feel, when she heard what I said?" I asked. "To be honest, I feel relieved, because a reason for that is, that no one will ask me to do their homeworks, get food for them, clean their locker, and all the things you can think of."
"They did that to the you?! Why didn't you tell me?! I told you I'd protect you at all costs! I don't care if I failed in my classes! I just want to protect you! Can't you understand?" I said. "I understand, that's why I'm not telling you these things! I'm used to it! I let them be, for the sake of our friendship!" Wow, she did those? Just for the two of us? I thought we were just friends? But why does it feel like it's for the sake of the two of us. More than friends, but less than lovers?
"Can you tell me one thing? That you don't want to loose." I asked her, changing the topic. "Um... That one thing? Well... Can it be a person?" she asked. I mean there's nothing wrong if it's a person right? "Yeah, sure. Your choice." she looked at me, when I said that. "That person, that I don't want to loose is-" she got cut of when someone called her. Why do I feel jealous all of a sudden? "Princess! The 'brat' wants to see you." Speaking of the brat, Vyo, she's not my girlfriend anymore! Yeah, we broke up after she got to know that Vida is the school's princess.
Yes, the school's princess. How? Well, her so-called 'parents' weren't her real parents. How? Well, her 'mom' is actually her mom's sister. In short her tita. Her real mom este the owner of the school, gave her Vida because many people were after her. Who are those people? People from different Schools. Gusto lang nila palabasin na nawalan siya ng heartbeat. Pero now that she's old enough to, I guess, handle the school, the news spreaded faster than a virus in a laptop.
Vida's PoV
"Princess, the 'brat' wants to see you." one of our school mates said. I just hummed and nodded at the same time. "Hey, punta na ako sa classroom. I bet that girl has brat issues, geez! I'm actually an only child, to be honest with y'all, I'm shocked as you are. Pumasok na ako sa classroom at nakitang andoon nga si Vyo. "The hell do you need?" taray kong sabi. "Simply, money. Just about 10k." she said. I scoffed. "Mukha ba akong ATM? Sorry to burst your bubble, but no, I'm not an ATM. If that's what you need, then why not ask you dad? I mean he's rich." she glared at me nung sinabi ko yun.
"But not as rich as you." she said and rolled her eyes. "Alam mo, nagmumukha ka'ng pera! Kung ginusto mo lang pala ng pera, dun ka sa bangko! Maraming pera don! Hindi sa dahil isa akong prinsesa, samin ka na hihingi ng pera! Excuse me lang ha, money DOESN'T grow on trees." I said ang rolled my eyes, too. "Princess, your mom's here." Oh? Already? Sabi nila, matatagalan sila. Pumunta nalang ako sa hallway para makita siya. Actually, 'di ko pa talaga sila nakikita kaya sobrang nervous ako ngayon.
"Vida!" tumingin ako sa tumawag sakin. Tumakbo ako sa kanya. "Mommy!" yinakap ko siya. "Buti nagkita na tayo." sabi niya at yinakap pa ako ng mahigpit. "Um... May boyfriend ka na ba?" Nagulat ako sa tanong na yan, ah! Kaka-kita lang tas ganto agad bunga sakin? Awts. "Wala po, mommy. Pero boy bestfriend po meron! Pero kilala mo naman na po siya, diba?" nag nod nalang siya. "Bagay kayo." sabi niya. "Ma!" tumawa nalang siya. "Goodmorning, tita." tinignan ko yung nag-salita. "Oh, Aidan! Buti lumapit ka, kanina ka pa nakatulala dito."
Mukhang nagulat sa sinabi ni mommy. "Um... Anyways tita, can we talk? Like privately? Quick lang naman po." OMG sobrang curious talaga akooo. "Sige, hintayin mo nalang ako dun sa office." Sabi ni mommy kay Aidan. Bago umalis si mommy may sinabi ako, "Mommy, can I know kung ano sinabi niya? Sobrang curious ako eh! Please mommy! Gagalingan ko sa grades ko, para lang malaman kung ano sinabi niya." Sabi ko na nag-mamaka-awa.
"I'll ask if pwede, okay?" Tumango nalang ako sa sinabi niya. "Fine..." Sabi ko at nag-simulang tumungo sa classroom uli.

"Class, before I leave, I have an announcement for you all." Sabi ng teacher namin bago niya kami i-dismiss. "Ma'am Estelle, is it about the project?" I asked. She looked at me and said, "Yes, thank you for that, princess." Why does everyone keep calling me that? I mean I know the reason behind it, pero I'm still bothered. "So, each student with a partner, should decide where you two would do your projects. If you haven't done anything for you project, please comply immediately." She said.
"Ma'am!" She looked at the student who called for her attention. "Yes?" She asked. "Well, I was wondering if-" she got cut off when the teacher said, "If you could change partners? Well, it's a no, and that's final. Is everyone clear about it?" We all nodded and she went for the door.
