Epilogue

Zhilan pouted as she stared at her boyfriend that was still lying in bed with his pyjamas on while she was fully dressed, her leather jacket on already. She tried shaking the male once again.

"Jaemin, come on. We're going to be late if you don't hurry and get up." Zhilan said, hoping that would help but Jaemin only cuddled his stuffed bunny tighter.

"Ugh, just go without me. We stayed up too late last night." Jaemin groaned, before shifting his position so his back was too her.

Zhilan sighed, placing her hands on her hips. She had to admit, Jaemin's sleepiness was partly her fault. She had kept him up because she was so excited today, so Jaemin had suggested watching an episode of a new show.

One episode soon became multiple and if adrenaline wasn't running through her veins from her excitement, she would be passed out in bed with Jaemin too.

"Are you two ready yet?" Zhilan heard Renjun call from outside, clearly impatient. "We need to go soon."

"Five more minutes!" Zhilan yelled back before turning back to the sleeping figure in the bed.

Desperate times call for desperate measures.

"Jaemin, if you don't get up, I'm going to have to go without you and what happens if Xiaojun is there?" Zhilan whined.

She was happy that her words worked, Jaemin immediately tossing the bunny aside and getting out of bed, heading to his closet and getting some random clothes out.

"If you think I'm letting you go anywhere where Xiaojun might be, you're so wrong." Jaemin told her, his tone serious. "I'll be ready in a few minutes.

"Thanks love." Zhilan said, wearing a proud smile as she walked towards Jaemin, giving him a quick kiss on his cheek before heading out the door.

"I'll have your coffee ready to go then."

"Yah losers, get over here!" Jiayi called out, arms wide open as she came out of the airport towards the two cars.

Zhilan immediately followed Ayeon as they ran towards the girl, Renjun going to Winwin instead.

After getting the whole Xiaojun situation sorted out, Jiayi and Winwin could finally get their yearly visit to Neo City planned. With Winwin's return, that brought another member of the Phoenixes that Zhilan didn't know about. He was one of their older members, a medic like Jaemin and Soojung. His name was Taeil.

Today they were picking them up at the airport, Zhilan excited to see two people from her home.

"How are my favourite girls?" Jiayi asked as she hugged both of them.

"Surviving." Zhilan said while Ayeon giggled.

"You still need to meet Soojung, Unnie!" Ayeon reminded them, immediately pulling Jiayi away to go talk to the female standing by Jeno's car, in between Jeno and Jaemin.

Zhilan decided to go help Winwin, Renjun, and Taeil with their luggage, which was a lot more than she had expected.

"Whoa, what are you two doing? Moving here or something?" Zhilan joked as she helped take one of the bags from Renjun who was struggling.

Winwin kept his poker face as his attention shifted from Renjun to Zhilan. "Jiayi didn't tell you?"

"Wait, you are?" Renjun exclaimed, clearly surprised. Winwin nodded.

"They're staying at my place." Taeil told them, a smile on his face before mumbling, "I don't know though, I feel like I might regret this."

"Jiayi isn't that bad." Winwin said as they approached Taeil's car to load the multiple suitcases.
