Chpter 4 Oscars Sadness

It's been 5 days since Leaf left her family still don't know what's happened. The house now felt bigger and quiet it was too quiet for Oscar and his family. The house was now like a haunted house no one spoke to the other. Oscar was sat in the living room with his father and mother they were eating lunch "Leaf" Oscar whispered and started crying he just sat there and cried. Oscars father looked over at him and he got up. He just stood there hesitating and walked over to Oscar "Oscar she is gone get over it it's been 5 days" oscars dad yelled he bent down and hugged Oscar.

It was Monday morning when Oscar was getting dressed for school "Oscar the bus is here" his mother said poking her head around his door. Oscar nodded and got up off his bed and walked towards the front door but stopped outside Leafs room he looked at the door hoping she would walk out and grab his hand and walk with him but she never did. Oscar got on the bus not saying a word. Bill was the same Bill never told Oscar about Leaf coming to his house because Bill was still confused as to what happened that night.

-Flash back-

"alright Leaf I think it's time we take you home" Bill said then leaf said full of anger "why so I can go back living where I have no choice and have to do everything myself and look after Oscar by myself too it's unfair I'm not going back that family hates me I'm not going back" Leaf said and ran out the house

-Flash back finished-

That was all Bill could think of he only wanted to do what's best for Leaf but it really looked like she was gone forever. "Ewwwww look it's that boy again the alien" chloe walked over to Oscar and pulled a disgusting face at him all Oscar did was look at her and then turn to the window he just wanted to look for Leaf "where's tree alien" chloe sat down next to Oscar peering into his face and then realised "uhhh I mean... alien you should be here your not well come and I'm glad tree is gone at least the bus won't stink now and my eyes won't bleed" chloe started laughing and her group pink flowers joined in. Oscar wasn't really listen but he remembered she would always stand up for him and realised how she felt he was now full of anger "my sister was way better then you she would always worry about people" Oscar stopped to take a breath Chloe also stopped laughing to listen "but now she's gone it's my turn to worry about people I will find my sister even if it kills me so I can't let low life people like you get in my way" Oscar was mad but not because of Leaf she promised they would go to the town together. Chloe stopped laughing and just watched "my sister would have protected me so it's my turn to protect her" Oscar jumped at Chloe and pined her to the wall and started hitting her "don't talk about me sister like that" Oscars tears ran down his checks and landed on Chloe who was looking with wide eyes at Oscar "ok ok Oscar get off Chloe" Bill said pulling Oscar off Chloe. Chloe just stood there her eyes wider then ever she was shocked thinking he is only 7 and yet he has so much anger in him. The pink flowers ran to Chloe's side helping her up and redoing her hair and makeup and toke Chloe to her seat. They were at school when Bill asked Oscar to stay behind so he could talk to Oscar. Oscar was looking the other way when Bill sat down next to Oscar "what Bill" Oscar asked sharply this was a new side of Oscar and he was only going to get worse the longer Leaf was gone. They sat there for 30 minuets just talking Bill was happy that they could talk but he had to go to do another school run "bye Oscar"
"Bye Bill" they waved and Oscar walked into school.

5 hours later and school is now finished but today he didn't take the bus he was going to walk home. Oscar didn't care if he was late he just wanted to see Leaf. Bill was on the school bus and was waiting for Oscar but he never turned up "Chloe where Is Oscar?" Bill shouted to Chloe "he said he was going to walk home" Chloe replied Bill was really worried now and got out his phone to txt Sophie. Oscar stopped right outside the town it was called "spring fresh" it didn't look fresh it looked more like an underground cave it was dark, cold, crowded and miserable. This is were Leaf got lost how on earth am I going to find her Oscar thought. He walked forwarded called Leafs name "Leaf where are you" he did this over and over but he was stopped mid sentence when someone pushed him around to look at them "hi you do look like Leaf Bill was right" said this cheerful woman with a huge smile "you just said Leaf did you know her" Oscar questioned looking up and the jolly woman "no not really I just hear a lot from Bill oh by the way Bill asked me to take you to are house we need to tell you something" she finished and grabbed his wrist and started to pull him away. Oscar started to hear shouting and it was like a crowd was following us Oscar looked behind to see lots of people shouting and running after them "why are they running at us" Oscar asked scared the woman pulled Oscar closer and stated to sprit "wait slow down I only have little legs " Oscar said finding it hard to keep up with this woman. The woman stopped and turned around and picked Oscar up "hey put me down let go" Oscar was trying to get out her arms when she bust though a door and locked it she sat down on the floor. Oscar opened his mouth to say something when she covered his mouth "shhhhh if they hear you they will brake this door down and attack us" she whispered listening closely to the door. About 3 minuets had pass and the woman finally let go of Oscar "sorry about that we are the riches people in this town so when they see me or Bill they attack us to get are money we would move but Bill likes it her because he can take Oscar and Leaf to school you are Oscar right?" She bent down and looked into his face "yeah I'm Oscar how do you kn-" he was interrupted again by someone walking into the house

"hi Oscar I see you made it was Sophie nice to you" Bill walked in looking at the two and then walked into the living room and left them in the door way Sophie smiled and walked into the living room "Sophie?" Oscar whispered and walked into the living room he stopped and looked around he was amazed. Bill and Sophie watched as Oscar walked around "don't brake anything ok Oscar" Bill said looking at Oscar then turned to Sophie and started to talk to her "it's really amazing that Oscar is only 7 he really is like his sister" Bill said looking at Oscar again and smiled "wait Oscar is 7?" Sophie was shocked he looked 13 and acted 15 he was so grown up. Oscar stopped and turned to them "why am I here I need to look for Leaf if your not going to help me then I'm going" he turned around and started to walk out "Oscar your sister was with us when she left your house" Bill said softly Oscar was frozen his sister was here then where is she now he turned around with pure anger in his eyes and started to walk towards Bill "then why didn't you tell me I could have got Leaf back by now" Oscar shouted and fell to his knees "Leaf where the hell are you" Oscar said over and over. Nobody spoke while Oscar was crying. Sophie was the first to brake the silence "Oscar if you want I can help you look for her" Oscar looked up with wide eyes someone was going to help him. Oscar got to his feet and turned away "yeah that will be great" he nodded and walked away a little and looked behind him Bill and Sophie was now in there feet smiling Oscar turned away and walked out "I must find Leaf I can't go any longer with out her"
"We will find her Oscar I promise" Bill said trying to make him feel better they all walked out the house to start the search.

I don't know what I'm going to wright for chapter 5 and I'm also have a bad day so it may not be uploaded till Monday.
