"hey y/n, it's time to wake up."

you heard the sound of a familiar voice calling to me. you turned over and groaned not ready to start your day yet. all of a sudden your face was hit with a bright light and you closed your eyes tighter.

"hey, we have to get ready", you heard.

you felt a light two on your shoulder and finally opened your eyes to see who it was. suzumeda.

"c'mon we have to go", she giggled picking up her futon.

you opened your mouth and let out a loud yawn before sitting up. you rubbed your eyes and looked to your left. everyone else had already put up their futons and were heading out the door.

you stood up and bent down to grab your futon only to have shirofuku grab it for you.

"you don't worry about this, worry about the conversation we're gonna have later", she said smirking at you.

you guys grabbed your things and she grabbed your arm as the three of you headed to the bathroom.

you quickly brushed your teeth and washed your face seeing as all the other girls were finishing up.

"so what was last night about", shirofuku asked.

"what do you mean?"

"you know what i mean, the whole this with kuroo", she said looking in the mirror.

"you guys seem to know each other", suzumeda said massaging her face.

"yeah, we used to live in the same town before i moved. we were really good friends but after my mom die-"

you froze.

both girls quickly turned over to you and looked a bit surprised.

they turned to look at each other then back at you indicating that they had indeed heard what you said.

you felt like you could tell them. you felt like you should. you did trust them after all.

you cleared your throat and began speaking.

"my mom ended her life 2 months ago. that's how i ended up here."

"i guess it could explain my appearance or the way that i act", you chuckled.

"i feel like i should tell you guys this right now, not only because i just spilled, but because i trust you", you said sincerely.

the two girls looked at you and gave a slight smile. they then without warning pulled you into a group hug.

"i'm glad you can trust me, i feel like trust is needed in a friendship", shirofuku said.

"yeah", you said softly.

they pulled out of the hug and looked a bit more concerned this time.

"are you okay though?", suzumeda asked.

"you must be going through a lot", shirofuku added.

"yeah i'm fine. i'm starting to getting over so i'll be fine", you answered truthfully.

"that's great", she said rubbing your shoulder.

"so what about you and kuroo", shirofuku said trying to change the mood.

"like i said, we're just old friends", you said slightly smiling.

"that's smile says otherwise", she said smirking.

"no no seriously", you said giggling.

"plus, i have my eyes set on someone else."
