Young-Mi's POV
This feeling wasn't new to you and you wished it was because of him, Min Yoongi.
At first, you refused to get closer to him but as the days passed by in Daegu, you couldn't help yourself but spend a large amount of time with him. Just simply because he was a great person to be around. What was also great about him was the fact that you could vent about your feelings to him without being judged. On the contrary, he understood every single of your decisions and encouraged you to continue.
He expressed his loathing for the three criminals, as you started to call your ex, his ex and his ex-best friend, and hoped that karma would get them as soon as possible. He even joked that fate brought you together, which made you laughed but he wasn't wrong after all.
How could you not believe in this concept as you had spent the last couple of days together, helping to plan a wedding of a couple of strangers, all because both of you had your heart broken?
It was impossible not to think about fate. Fate had really brought you together as a team or more, especially when you listened to your heart racing during the moments his face was a little bit too closed to yours.
Everything escalated quickly to the wedding, where you were taking pictures for the couple he had selected with his mom. You had never been so enthusiastic about being the official photographer at a wedding but the venue he had imagined in the first place was very promising. At least on paper, it seemed to be the perfect spot for a photographer.
The dreamy atmosphere made you wish that your wedding would look like this, and even slightly regretted that your wedding was compromised by your ex-fiancé, while you wandered between the fairy lights and the beautiful floral decorations.
The groom and bride were a beautiful couple, looking so deeply in love. You saw Yoongi was standing next to them at the reception after the actual ceremony. You were taking pictures of this very moment, concentrating as hard as you could on the couple while Yoongi was standing there looking like a model. You couldn't tear your eyes off him. His presence was such a blessing and a gift.
His jokes were funny.
He treated you well.
He was nice.
Look at how handsome he is right now.
How could he be so beautiful, caring and kind, and above all, looking so charming effortlessly? This was truly unfair and incredible at the same time. As if he had heard you were thinking about him, he looked up at you with a wide smile that made you melt even more. Your heart was beating like a drum.
“Are the pictures good?” he asked after he shook hands with one of the couple's guests, to which you could simply nod.
Any sound couldn't get out of your mouth as you were mesmerized by him surrounded with the fairy lights and the flowers. He looked like a prince charming. An ethereal one.
“Can't wait to see them!” He said it while flashing his million-dollars gummy smile.
