[9] Get Out!

A vein popped on her head. "Then let me take care of Alluka!" she stood up in frustration and dropped her formal tone.

"No way!" the loving brother objected as he stood up as well and slammed the table.

"But you don't want to let me stay anyway!"

"Yeah I don't wanna, but so what?!"

"She's my friend!"

"Alluka's my sister!"

"We have a contract and I had a wish!"

"Then cancel the fcking contract then! Your wish was granted anyway!"

(Y/N) doesn't have any rebuttal left so she went with the first thing that came into her mind.

"Shut up, you old man!"

Irked with the insult from before, Killua shouted, "You dumbass!"

"Jerk!"

"Ugly face!"

Both kept calling each other names and insults at the heated of the moment.

"Weakling!"Tsubone and Amane was shocked that someone will call Killua a weakling. 

Caught off guard, Killua hesitated for a a sec. "Hah! Out of all people you'll call me that? You're the one who barely escaped from those people who were chasing you when you were at a dead end from before. You're the weakling!"

(Y/N) crossed her arms. "You couldn't even take Alluka away from me last time. So that makes you weaker than a weakling!"

Hearing this, Killua gripped an edge of the table. 

Truth hurts. He wasn't able to defeat her.

 Recalling those moments when he couldn't protect Alluka at that time, his heart throbbed because what he felt then was similar to what he felt when he couldn't help Gon. 

He still couldn't forget the feeling he felt.

 Gon was at his edge that day when he learned about what happened to Kite. 

His best friend couldn't control himself in fighting with Pitou, a Chimera ant, that it led him near to his death. 

He couldn't bear it if he lets that happen to Alluka. 

Killua felt that he failed being Gon's best friend, but thank goodness Gon still thinks of him as a friend. 

That moment may have been resolved and his friendship with Gon was not severed, but it is still a sore moment. 

It made him more determined to become the big brother he could be and protect Alluka, and yet, when he fought with (Y/N), it seems that... determination was not enough.

"Tsk! Do what you want whatever." He went to the corner of the room to avoid his irritation in increasing because of that girl. He sat down and leaned his back on the wall, facing them.

Killua wanted to go far away from her as far as he can, but he can't let Alluka out of his sight.

(Y/N) saw the white-haired sat away from them as he gazes intensely in their way.

[That old dude... is he pouting? ]

[I think I didn't even say much.]

[Did my words hurt him?]

That made the girl be careful on her own words for the future. She felt a bit heavy in her heart. Could this perhaps to be... guilt?

(Y/N) doesn't mind anyways so she just went ahead and asked Tsubone and Amane to play cards with her.
