Y/N's POV

Today's the first day of June aka pride month! Me and Kokichi, my best friend, planned to go to a pride parade together as we're both bisexual. I get ready, and go get him. Outside of his house, I knock on the door. He opens and we greet eachother happily with a hug. He's wearing what he usually does, except his scarf is rainbow checkered. He looks so cute in it I lowkey have feelings for him. As we get to pride, we see a lot of our friends, and a bunch of rainbows are filling up the town. It's time to have fun.

But as we hold hands, we pass a group of people. They looked extremely homophobic. They yelled slurs and whatnot at everyone, but they saw us and snapped. As they were yelling, I whisper to Kokichi "let's kiss right now. in front of them, to piss them off" "alright bet". We kissed passionately and the homophobes started screaming. Luckily, Tenko was around and she threatened to beat them up if they didn't leave everyone alone. Since Tenko was widely known as the strongest Aikido master, they all scrammed in fear. "Ugh, degenerate homophobes. Hope you guys are okay!" she tells us. We thanked her and after she left, we just looked at eachother. "Woah that unironically felt good" I say without thinking. Kokichi and I both blushed. Realising what I just said I just wanted to disappear there and then. Kokichi surprisingly reacted well. "If you liked it that much y/n we could do it again sometime" "Y- you're just saying that because you like me!" "you're jumping to conclusions but actually yes" "HUH"
We both went silent after realising what's happening. We are more than friends apparently. Oh my God,,,
"y/n, I'm not lying. I actually like you so much please" "I- I like you too Kokichi" "YAYYY CAN WE KISS" "I mean we just did but sure!!"
The rest of pride month, we dedicated it to being extremely gay together in front of homophobes.
