Kokichi's POV:

Today I invited my classmates, Chiaki, Nagito and y/n over to play video games. Those are the classmates I'm the closest to. And I had to fall for the reserve course student…

Y/n is the first to arrive. It'll be fun hanging out with them before the others arrive~

"Hey y/n! You're looking cute today!~"

"Says the even cuter one!"

"That was a lie! You look cute everyday, keep it up~"

"S- stop it! I- I'm not cute!"

"Deny it all you want, but it's true."

Y/n sits on the couch, still flustered, trying to avoid eye contact with me.

"Hey Kokichi, are you interested in anyone?"

"Huh? Why are you asking?"

"Just curious."

"Well, yeah, I like someone a lot."

"Oh, I see."

"How about you y/n?"

"Umm, I may or may not like someone."

The doorbell rings. It's Chiaki and Nagito. They arrived together. I open the door.

"Hey Kokichi! Guess what!"

"What?"

"Me and Chiaki are dating!"

"Woahh congrats!"

"If you and y/n don't wanna third wheel, then you know what." Nagito smirks at me. I think y/n heard cause they started blushing again.

I look at y/n. "Hey, you heard what Nagi said right? We should totally date!" I joked. Deep down it wasn't a joke, but they might never know.

"Sure. Let's do it for today so we won't feel left out."

I was kinda caught off guard, but I played along. I wasn't planning on winning on most of the games. I was planning on making y/n purposely win with my skills.

Chiaki and Nagito start cuddling on a couch, getting their controllers ready.

"Heyyy it's not fairrrr Kokichi come here. We're cuddling."

I turn on the wii, and go cuddle with y/n.

y/n's POV:

Wow, Kokichi's actually a good cuddler! It doesn't seem to him.

"Hey, I don't think we should team the ultimate gamer with the ultimate lucky student. They're definetly gonna win."

"Don't worry about it! We won't play any 2V2."

We were playing all day. I kept winning over and over. But how? Chiaki and Nagito are here, while I'm just a reserve course student. They shouldn't even be hanging out with me. Now I feel bad for winning. I don't wanna play anymore.

"Hey Kokichi, I don't feel so well. So could I go home? I don't wanna ruin it for everyone…"

"Are you kidding? It's so much fun with you here!"

"Yeah please stay with us" Chiaki added.

"I feel bad for winning all the time."

"Ohh that's all?" Kokichi replies.

"I don't wanna play anymore but I can watch…"

"Alriiiiight then! Just sit comfortably with me and watch!"

They played for a bit more, but at some point Kokichi stops.

"Hey y/n. You're definitely not looking well. Can you tell me what's wrong?"

"…No"

"Can we talk about it in private?"

"I mean sure."

Kokichi leads me to his room. He sits on the bed so I sit next to him.

"What's wrong y/n?"

"Nothing much. I'm just tired."

"…Are you down because Nagito and Chiaki are dating and you're still alone and you feel jealous?"

"……That would be the matter."

"Hey don't worry about it! I may not show it but I feel bad too. Like am I not the hottest person in the room? How come no one has asked me out huh? But cheer up! We're dating for today, Remember?"

"…It's not the same."

"Awwww c'mon, You're really attractive, I bet you'll get asked out maybe even tomorrow!"

"How can you be so sure?"

"Look into a mirror, jeez!"

I felt kinda flustered after that. I can't let it get to me cause I guess that's how his personality is, though.

After some silence, Kokichi breaks it.

"Let's go back outside. They're probably waiting for us."

As we go outside I'm kinda disappointed that this wasn't like those cliché scenes where the character kiss in secret. Oh well. One day.

"I guess we'll have to get going soon." Chiaki says. "Nagito likes to rant to me about hope before we fall asleep, so I guess I don't want to end up getting home late."

"Oh alright! Bye Chiaki and Nagito!!"

"Bye!!"

As they leave, Kokichi looks at me.

"Do you wanna stay the night?"

"Um! Sure! If that's okay with you!"

"Of course it's okay silly!"

It was already pretty late so I guess we collectively decided to go to bed.

"Um, the couch isn't really good to sleep on. So we have to share a bed."

"O- oh! Fair."

I have to share a bed with Kokichi tonight. I'm not disappointed cause I like him but it can and will be awkward.

"Hey Kokichi, is it okay if I cuddle with you? I'm sorry if this comes off as weird but I feel like it'd be nice."

"Sure!"

So as we went to bed, we cuddled together. Kokichi was really warm. He smelled like grapes.

As we wake up, we were still snuggled together.

"Imagine if we were a couple haha, this would happen everyday and it'd be normal" I blurt.

"…Do you ever think before you speak y/n?"

"N- no, I guess not"

"We can be a couple though cause I like you a lot!"

"A- are you for real?"

"Yeah!!"

"Okay then! Man I'm glad your couch is like that or else this wouldn't happen"

"Ahaha, about that. Come see this."

Kokichi gets up and shows me the couch transforms into a bed.

"I KNEW THE ENTIRE TIME Y/N"
