Chapter thirty-one

You, Pansy, Blaise snd Draco said your goodbyes and you walked off with Harry and Ron. "Hi" you said quietly "hey y/n" Ron looked guilty and gave you a little wave. You rolled your eyes and ignored him. "So what are we doing for Christmas?" You asked Harry "oh erm-" Ron tried explaining but you ignored him again "Harry you're coming right?"
"We're just opening presents and having fun." Ron said eagerly. "Oh cool. What is going on with you and Mione? You're both bonkers!" You said to Ron "Don't ask me ask the lunatic she's the one going crazy!" Ron yelled "ok, ok but I don't think you should be calling her a lunatic otherwise she will go all loony on you." You laughed "your not.. going to tell her.. are you?" Ron said frightened "no.. well I don't know but maybe stop calling her that and I won't.. simple." You shrugged "I bloody hate you y/n" Ron groaned "no you don't" you said confidently "yes I do"
"No you don't Ron and everyone knows that."

You were back at the Weasley house. "Oh hello y/n!" Molly screamed hugging you. "Hi" "what's wrong my daring it's Christmas tomorrow!" "Oh I don't know maybe ask your son?!" "What now Ron?!" Molly yelled "um.. nothing." Ron said guiltily "I should hope so! Off to bed guys we've got a busy day tomorrow!" Molly said. You headed off to bed and laid down.

You couldn't get to sleep because all you could think about was Draco. He was so depressed this year and you couldn't do anything, anything you tried just didn't work. You heard footsteps coming so you turned around and pretended to be asleep. "Y/n I know you're awake so I came to see if you wanted to talk?" Harry whispered "Wha- how did you know?" You asked confused "I could hear the bed springs moving a lot and knew you were awake" Harry said "oh okay then. Why couldn't you get to sleep?" "I don't know I just couldn't I guess." Harry said calmly "what about you?" "I don't know." You lied "I think it's just my mother, we made up before this year started but then I haven't even had a letter from her or anything." "I get what you mean but maybe she's busy?" "Yeah I guess" you said. "Well I'm going sleep now so night." "Night" Harry said leaving.

The night of Christmas Day-
You, Ginny and Harry were sat around the table in awkward silence when Ron came and interrupted the silence "Hey guys want some mince pies?" Ron said quietly "erm no thanks" you, Harry and Ginny said. "Ok then" Ron said awkwardly shoving his face with mince pies. "Well I'm going to go to bed now" Harry said "night" you replied, Harry walked out and Ginny followed.

You could see the adults standing around the front door "what are they doing there?" You said to Ron "I don't know" Harry came running down the stairs and through the door. You ran after him and saw your mum stood in front of big fire ring "mum?" You said with confusion "hello dear" she ran away screaming "I KILLED SIRIUS BLACK, I KILLED SIRIUS BLACK!" Ginny ran after Harry chasing him through the wheatgrass "GINNY" Molly shouted "What is she doing here?!" You shouted "I don't know darling stay away from the fire though." Molly said trembling. You completely ignored her and ran into the bushes chasing your mum, Harry and Ginny.

You heard your mum shout "YOU COMING TO GET ME! HAHAH AHAH" in a girly kiddy voice. You ran into Ginny "Ginny! What are you doing?!" "Coming to get Harry of course!" She ran away again and you chased her "MUM STOP" you screamed, you saw Ginny walking backwards into a swamp "Ginny? What are you doing?" You whispered, she didn't say anything . Then you saw Grayback come out of the wheat following Ginny.

Harry came running from nowhere "STUPEFY!" He yelled charming Greyback.
"Y/n what are you doing?" Harry whispered "my mother is in the wheat fields and you're trying to kill her!" "SHE KILLED MY ONLY FAMILY LEFT" "SHE IS MY MOTHER!" You shouted. Greyback disapparated into the air, leaving your mum and someone else left. You stood back in the field, not fighting. All the deatheaters disapparated and set the Weasley house on fire. "Molly!" Arthur said running back to the house.

You saw the house burning to flames, you gasped "that bloody mother of mine!" Everyone looked at you in disgrace, making it look like it was your fault "I'm so sorry guys, I didn't even know this was going to happen! This isn't my fault!" They all looked back at the house, Molly was crying. "Y/N WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" Ron yelled "I haven't done anything you arse hole!"
"LOOK at my house! This was all your mother! You're never coming to my house again!" "I'm sorry Ron, but what house?" You said darkly. He held his fist up but Arthur grabbed hold of it. "I'm sorry y/n we'll sort him out.
