Chapter seventeen

You returned to Hogwarts and got off the Thestral. "It's good to be home, it felt like we were there for days!" You walked inside the hall and was about to sit down.

Draco's POV
Y/n was gone for days, I didn't know where she was or what she was doing, I tried to look but it was useless. I walked into the great hall to see her stood at the table "Y/N" I said under my breath as I was so relieved to see her.

Your POV
You turned around and you saw Draco running up to you. He gave you a massive hug "where did you go! I've been looking for you, no note, nothing! You could've died! And I wouldn't of known or get to say goodbye. Count yourself lucky." He said slapping you on the arm. He leaned in a gave you a kiss. "I'm sorry Draco it was short notice and I had to get ready quickly, I had to go." "You could of wrote me a note!" Draco added "I'm sorr-" "what were you doing?!" He interrupted "we were stopping Luc- we were getting a prophecy so Voldemort didn't get it." "You're stupid, I can't believe you didn't tell me! And did you nearly say my fathers name?" "No, what, haha don't be silly." You said looking in a different direction to avoid eye contact. "Y/n I'm serious!" "Okay okay yes I did, he wanted the prophecy for Voldemort and we had to stop him." "Oh, yeah of course." Draco said looking at the floor.

"Hey Y/n thank you so much about today it really helped and I hope it wasn't hard dealing with your mother." Harry said "oh it's okay and no it was fine, I mean she's an arse but, I'll deal with it." You replied "ok brilliant Thank you again." You hugged him and the walked off.  "wait Harry what are you doing for Mother's Day?! I need some ideas." Harry just stared at you like you'd wet the bed. "Oh my god- I'm.. so sorry." But he wasn't that bothered and just looked at you. Draco came up to you and snogged you, to show that you're his and his only girlfriend. "well done love. Got to admit though it was kind of funny the way he looked at you." Draco laughed. You were walking back up to you dorm and forgot that you had to stop walking when the stairs moved and you nearly fell off but luckily Draco grabbed your arm and stopped you "what the hell is wrong with you?! Are your trying to get yourself killed because if you are you're doing a good job?!" "Sorry I'm a little clumsy." You said blushing "you think?" He said smacking his head.

You arrived back at the Common room and you headed to bed because you had such a long day "I'm going to go to bed night night." You said to Draco "erm excuse me! Come here!" Draco said pouting "Oh yes I forgot." You gave him a kiss on the cheek and went to bed. You were just dozing off and felt someone cuddle with you, you knew it was Draco from the way he was breathing "I love you Y/N but you don't love me." He whispered. You turned around, your head in his chest and you whispered "I love you too Dragon boy." And kissed him on the shoulder and you instantly fell asleep "I'll love you forever Y/n." He said giving you a tight hug and started tapping your head humming to you.

The next morning - still in bed -
You woke up and Draco was still asleep, you turned around an kissed him on the forehead "Morning Draco, I will always love you." You turned back around and his arms folded around you "Morning Princess." You giggled "are you okay dragon boy?" "Yes my darling Princess." He said with his morning voice. You cuddled all morning and missed first period "oh my gosh look at the time." You said rushing up in just your bra and pants. "Hey cutie get back here! You're not going anywhere!" Draco said pulling you back in bed "Draco we're going to get deten- Actually no I'm staying with my husband." "That's my girl. Husband? Am I your husband now without marriage?" "Erm. Yes, yes we are." You said giggling "that's fine by me." Draco said kissing you.

1 hour later -
"Come on, we need to go Snape will be wondering where we are." "Ugh really? Can't we skip a day and just cuddle?" Draco moaned "no now get your arse out of bed!" You replied starting to get changed "can't we just stay here- woahhhhh Happy Birthday to me." He said smirking "Draco it's not even your birthday?!" You said confused "oh I know but you would be a good birthday present." He said staring at you. You blushed and Said "I'll see you later." You said heading out of the dorm ready to get yelled at "WAIT, I'm coming!" Draco said rushing around getting his clothes and shoes on. He was rushing about and accidentally tied his shoelaces together "right i am don- WOAH." Draco said falling over "oh bloody hell." "Ahahahaha that was hilarious." You laughed "shut up!" He said rolling his eyes

You arrived at Snapes lesson-
"Where. Have. You. Two. Been!" He said slowly ,looking at you "I'm sorry we slept in and didn't realise what time it was!" "Next time set an alarm. Detention for the both.. of you. No buts!" "Ugh fine what ever be a looser." You mumbled walking to your seat "what.. did you just say miss Lestrange!" "I said fine whatever be a looser, got a problem with it?" You replied "10 points off Slytherin, turn to page 455. And do the work." You and Draco turned to page 455 and started to do the practice "Draco how are you doing this it's so hard."
