5 years ago he wouldn't be in the place he was in today. 5 years ago he would've had all smiles of happiness, not the fake smiles he had to put on a show or the sad smiles that only made him even sadder at heart. 5 years ago, he had everything he ever wanted, but it all fell to piece once a new Kpop group came into town.

That wasn't long before a new girl group came into Seoul under YG entertainment call Blackpink, and soon after they debuted, it was announced worldwide that Jungkook and their maknae started dating after they saw them together a lot, which broke his heart.

He couldn't stand the fact that even after their breakup, he would receive glares from the other, or he just wouldn't talk to him.

No one knew they were dating, it was a secret relationship, not even the others because Taehyung was scared of what everyone would think, but he didn't have to worry about it for long, just like their 2-year relationship, all flushed down the drain to be forgotten.

No one knew the blonde cried himself to sleep half the time because he slept alone. Jimin and Yoongi share a room while Namjoon and Jungkook share one. The same goes for Jin and Hoseok.

He felt so lonely having a room to himself, but it gave him the privacy he needed when he wanted to be alone.

It was currently 8 at night, the second night of him denying any food and just stayed in his room. His stomach wasn't in the mood to eat, even thought they finished a practice 20 minutes ago.

As he laid in his bed, he heard his phone going off, causing him to groan, but never the less, he picked it up.

"Hello?"

"Oh thank goodness you answered the phone." A soft, yet worried voice spoke, causing his heart to warm up before he rolled onto his stomach.

"Hey Ji! What are you calling for at this time?"

"Jin wasn't getting any answers from your door, so he wanted me to talk to you and see if you were ok." Ji, aka Jiyeon replied, the sound of her shuffling in a bed before she answered again.

"How are you anyways Tae? Are you still upset about the whole breakup thing?"

"Jiyeon, can we please...let's not talk about that." He whispered, soft tears falling down his face as he remembers Jungkook talking about Lisa.

"Oh Taebear, I'm sorry you're still suffering. I wish I could help you, I really do."

"It's ok Jiyeon, I'm used to him showing her off and receiving those hatred looks from the 2. It's not like I'm as important as I used to be."

"Oh come on Tae, you don't need to think like that. Don't let them get into your head. I love you, the others love you, you don't need Jungkook's love to be yourself." There was this short pause before the older could hear her sigh.

"Look Tae, I miss the old you, the one that didn't care what people thought about you, the one who kept a big boxy smile to let the whole world shine bright instead of a fake smile that hold all the negative you're feeling. I want my happy Tae back." As if the younger's words broke him, he started to sob as he curled into a ball.
