They weren't supposed to go after Sasha. She was on leave from the Survey Corps due to her pregnancy, thus staying in a small secret house. He should've known one of Marley's people would have done his research to hurt them where it really hurts.

Connie heard her yelp when soaring through the sky, his eyes widening in horror when he saw a disgusting Marley Soldier holding his girlfriend captive. Before he could do anything, something hard hit the back of his head, instantly blacking him out.

Connie grumbles, the dull throb at the back of his head pounding as he regains his senses. Opening his eyes, he gasps when he sees Sasha tied to a chair in front of him. The ropes were tightly bound around her swollen stomach, making him panic.

'What if it will hurt the baby?'

As he tries to move he realises that he was bound too, the ropes digging into his skin the more he struggles. He growls under his breath, cursing everything and everyone.

"Connie?"

Looking up he sees Sasha waking up. She looks around, confused as to why they were in an abandoned house until the reality of the situation sank in.

"Don't worry Sasha, I'll get us out of here."

"Not so fast... So you two are the famous Connie Springer and Sasha Blouse." A blonde man with glasses and a mean glare made his entrance, a gun in his hand. He had a wicked grin on his face, standing next to the expectant girl.

Connie hisses at him, his eyes flaring with anger. "The hell do you want? Who are you!?" He spits out. He never would have thought he would see the man Eren spoke of, Zeke, he remembered that was the guy's name but he couldn't be sure this was him he had to be careful.

"Simple really. You tell us what we need to know and maybe I'll be nice." He taps the gun against her forehead.

"Leave her alone!" He yells out.

"You know, I'm quite surprised that you even got a woman, much less a child on the way. As for who I am, I should be heartbroken Eren hasn't told you of me" Zeke hums thoughtfully, tracing the gun down her side. "Or maybe he has"

"Don't you dare!" Sasha spits back at him.

"Ooh feisty are you? This will be fun."

"Your Zeke! Right? Just let her go. She's pregnant or I swear to god I'll kill you." Connie threatens, pulling at his bounds watching the fear flash through his girlfriend's eyes.

"Will you now? Can't do much with you tied to that chair." He mocks him.

His heart was racing, his eyes searching around to find anything that'll give him the advantage right now, to help Sasha get out of here. He never wanted her to be caught up in this mess, to be in danger especially with their little one so close. From what they'd seen and Eren said, Zeke was unpredictable, god knows what he will do to get what he wants.
