Waking from their nap at the sun having moved into the worst spot practically blinding Yahaba, the first thing he noticed however was how wet his crotch was and that Kyōtani was whimpering in his sleep. His Omega's usual sweet yet spicy scent was filled with pain and Yahaba suddenly felt himself start to panic. Shaking Kyōtani's shoulder firmer than he meant to, his mate woke with a long groan.

"Ken?"

His heart was racing, watching the Omega show more emotion than he ever usually did.

"Ken baby, you need to talk to me... I think your water broke"

Nodding his head, Kyōtani let out a long hiss rubbing his baby bump. The Omega had filled out in curves and gained a mother's body by this late in the pregnancy.

Yahaba panicked by his Omega's words stuttered out, "W-w-we need to call Iwazumi-san!" Referring to their old Senpai from school who had already had pups of his own with his mate Oikawa and was their Alpha-Omega of their pack.

"No... It's too late..." Gritted out Kyōtani, sweat beginning to build on his brow and down his neck.

"What do you mean it's too late?"

"I mean your pups want to be born right now"

Yahaba felt the colour drain from his face and he scrambled to grab his phone.

"No... Iwazumi-san isn't here... He has to be here,"

"Tell that to your pups" Kyōtani's words fell between pants and hisses, the Omega's ears even showing and we're flat against his head showing his pain.

"I'm calling Iwa,"

"On my knees... Shigeru, I need to get on my knees"

What... no... they couldn't do this. They needed professionals and help and blankets and Kentarō needed drugs and he couldn't do this...

"Shigeru! Please!"

Jumping at the harshness of Kyōtani's tone, he moved to help Kyōtani onto his hands and knees, his mate's fingers gripping the bed-head for dear life as more moans and whimpers poured from the Omega's mouth. Grabbing his phone, Yahaba tried to ignore the fact of just what was happening

"Pick up... pick up... pick up... Ken, he's not answering"

What was he supposed to do?

Iwazumi-san was the one who knew what to do. Yahaba's brain wouldn't work at all right now, to swarmed with what ifs and scared of the unknown that he almost missed his name being called.

"Shigeru..."
