sehun's POV

"You okay?" I asked as I rubbed circles on Baekhyun's back, he let out a frustrated sigh, "I can't believe I'm going to get married just like this and that too with your ex!" Baekhyun said,

He pouted, "It's not fair... I want to have a wonder romance story which I'm tell my children and grandchildren" he said which made me giggle a little, "Baekhyun I thought you were being serious about this" I said, "I'm!" he demanded resting his head on the table,

I sighed and hugged him from behind, "I'm sorry I know it's frustrating and I'm so stupid that I can't even find any comforting words to make you feel better" I said, he hugged me back, "Just being here for me is enough" he said, I smiled resting my head on his shoulder, "Ugh! Why can't I just get married to you!" he said in frustration, "Because we're both bottoms" I mumbled making him punch my arm, "Useless" he said but he also bursted out laughing out right after.

I stayed at his apartment till evening, I guess he'd need company.

Chanyeol's POV

I was checking on some documents when there was a knock on the door,
"Yes?" I questioned in my business like voice, Irene entered the room with a sigh, "There is someone who would like to meet you in person" Irene said, I nodded, "I'm busy" I mumbled turning my attention back to the documents, "She said it was personal and that she really needed to see you" Irene said, I looked at her, then she shook her head, "No it's note one of your exes" She said.

I sighed, she knows too much about me, "Let her in" I said, Irene bowed and walked out, who could it be

The person who walked in was someone who I never expected would ever want to see me,

"Jeongyeon?" I questioned as I became stiff at her sight,  "Hello Mr Park" she mumbled, and I just nodded at her to take a seat, Jeonghan was Nayeon's
best friend as far as I know,

She had always made it obvious that she did not like me, I wondered what she was doing here, "Why did you want to see me?" I asked, she looked me as though she was desperate,
"It's Nayeon" she said, I groaned massaging my forehead, "I don't have anyt-" "Nayeon was hit by a car!" she said immediately, my eyes widened, "What?" I questioned,

"She was taking a walk at night when a drunk driver hit her and fled off" she explained, "Is she okay?" I asked, she scowled, "You don't even sound like you care" she said then rolled her eyes, "I do care..." I mumbled, "No she's not okay! She's in the coma and hasn't gained unconsciousness" Jeongyeon said, "Oh..." was all I was able to mumble, "She won't wake up and she keeps mumbling and crying for your name.... The doctors said that the best way to get her back is by letting the person who's name she's calling to be by her side" she said,

I looked at her hesitantly, "I'm sorry I can help you financially but I don't think-" I was interrupted again, when she suddenly went on her knees and kneeled down, "P-Please Chanyeol I hate to beg but please save her.. I can't see her like that please! Just be there for her till she gains consciousness!" she begged, tears now forming in her eyes which took me by surprise and it also did not feel good to have someone begging and kneeling before you like you're some kind of villian.

I got up from my chair and walked towards her, bending over towards her, "Jeongyeon..." I mumbled as I rested my hand on her shoulder which was shaking, "Please.." she begged, I sighed, "Alright but you must not let anyone know about this" I said, she looked at me with tears in her eyes as she nodded, "Thank you so much" she said,

Jeongyeon sat in the back seat as we drove to the hospital, "How long has she been in the coma?" I asked her, "Two weeks" she responded, "Did you catch the culprit?" I asked, she shook her head, "No we're still looking for him" she said,

Soon enough we reached the hospital, the two of us walked to the coma where Nayeon was lying motionless with wounds all over her, which made me feel guilty even though I was not responsible for it, there was no family or relative there for her,

"Does her family know?" I asked, Jeongyeon shook her head, "Shouldn't you let them know?" I asked her, "No it will only make her situation worse! Besides I can look after her myself" she said, I looked at her for a while,
"Nayeon was kicked out of the house" she blurted out, "What?  What did she do?" I asked her,

"I don't know whether you know about this... But she and her mother has a very brutal relationship and her own mother abuses her physically, one day they got into a very terrible argument and her father could not handle it anymore and kicked Nayeon out of the house, she's been with me ever since then..." She explained,

"You're a good friend" I said, "Here sit" she said as she addressed to the stool  besides the bed, I looked at her, she seemed to be in a terrible state,
"Nayeon?" I mumbled, "C-Chan p-please d-dont l-leave me too" she suddenly uttered, something inside me tugged, I held her hand and caressed it, "Shh... I'm here don't worry now now" I said in a gentle voice, Jeonyeon had called the doctors and nurses who went in to check on her,

"Is she making any progress?" Jeoanyeon asked, the doctor slowly nodded his head after checking on her, "She is...this person could actually help her" he said,

"Thank you doctor" Jeongyeon said as the doctor and nurses made their way out, "If she makes any movements or something please call us immediately"  the doctor said before making his way out,

"Thanks for being here Chanyeol" Jeongyeon said, "It's fine..." I mumble,

"I'll come tomorrow too" I said as I was about to leave, "Really that means a lot" Jeongyeon  said brightening up a little,  I nodded my head, "Yes if she needs me I could at least be there till she recovers" I said, "Thanks again!" she said, I patted her head, "And don't worry too much she'll be fine" I said,

I drove back home, it was pretty late,

When I entered the house I smelled meat being fried and I entered the kitchen to find Sehun cooking while wearing an apron, he smiled sweetly at me as he saw me enter, and it made my heart flutter, "You're late?" he asked, "Sorry had extra work" I lied making me bite my tongue I felt bad.

I hugged him from behind behind nuzzling my head on his shoulders,
"mm... You smell good" I said scenting the new shampoo he might be using, it smelled like peaches,

He turned towards me and kissed me on the cheek, "Get changed and let's have dinner" he said, I smiled and nodded my head, "Okay baby" I said making him blush, cute
