Chanyeol's POV

"C-Chanyeol I n-need you right now" I heard jeongyeon say from the phone, I coughed uncomfortably and answered turning a little away from the crowd, "What happened?" I asked almost in a whisper, "It's Nayeon she needs you right now" Jeongyeon said, I sighed, now is not the time.

"Will it be fine if I come tomorrow? I can't leave right now" I said, "Please Chanyeol this will be the last time I'll call you but please come right now, you don't need to come anymore after this but right now you have to be there for her please" she begged even from her voice I could make up that she was going to cry again, "Calm down Jeongyeon I'll be there soon" inside and hanged up the phone.

I looked around the people at the party, Sehun still seemed busy and everyone else was too busy either talking or drinking to notice him, he quietly sneaked out of the hall and half ran to the parking lot,

I reached the hospital soon enough and made my way to the cabin where Nayeon was, she was in a miserable state and a gush of guilt fell over me as I rushed towards her to try and at least make her feel a little bit better.

THIRD PERSON POV

Sehun was very much enjoying the party as he got into a very warm and comfortable conversation with Kyungsoo when suddenly his phone rang, Sehun excused himself to a particular corner, the person who had called was Jisoo, "Hey Jisoo what's up?" he asked placing his hands inside my pocket, "Sehun something happened!" Jisoo said, and she sounded nervous, "What happened?" he asked worriedly, "It's Baekhyun! He's in the hospital!" she said, immediately Sehun began to worry, "Why? What happened?" he asked  worriedly, "I don't know but a friend of mine called and said Baekhyun was being taken into the hospital" Jisoo explained, "Is your friend sure it was Baekhyun?" Sehun interrogated, "I think so, she said she even saw Baekhyun's fiance" Jisoo answered.

"Okay which hospital is it? Are you going there as well?" Sehun asked, "I think it's White Hospital, and yes I'm heading there right now, want me to pick you up on the way?" Jisoo asked, "Yes but.... " Sehun mumbled, "What?" she asked, "I'm not at home right now" he explained, "Where are you?" she asked, "It's fine I'll come there by my own" he said, "Okay see you" Sehun said lastly before ending the call, Sehun worriedly looked around for Chanyeol, but he could not find the male anywhere, where did he go?  He asked himself frowning.

Finally not finding Chanyeol, Sehun decided to just leave him a text and head to the hospital,

To channie: Baekhyun is in the hospital so I need to head there! So I'll be leaving!

Sehun walked out of the mansion and to his luck he found an empty cab just as he got outside, he got into the cab and directed the driver to head to White hospital as soon as possible.

Sehun fidgeted with his fingers as the driver seem to take his time to drive, is Baekhyun okay? I hope it's not something serious! What could have happened?

Luckily he met Jisoo at the counter who had already asked the nurse at the counter which cabin Baekhyun was in, "You think it's something serious?" Sehun asked worriedly as the two made their way to Baekhyun's cabin, "Calm down Sehun, you're panicking" Jisoo said.

"I seriously can't believe this! You had us worried to death!" Sehun said rolling his eyes as Baekhyun chuckled lying on his bed, "So you fell while ice skating?" Jisoo asked almost about to burst out laughing, "Don't laugh, it was really painful!" Baekhyun said with a pout, there was not many people there other than some of Baekhyun's friends and Yixing,

"You know as much as we do that you suck at ice skating" Sehun said matter-of-factly, "But seriously you had us worried to dead, I thought it was something serious" Sehun said,
"I'm sorry guys" Sehun apologized,

We stayed with him for almost an hour, "Alright guys I think it's pretty late ,y'all should head home because I'm sleepy" Baekhyun said, and soon his friends began to leave, Jisoo bid the boys goodbye as she headed out with Baekhyun's friends, now it was only Yixing, Baekhyun and Sehun in the room.

"When will you be discharged?" Sehun asked breaking the silence,
"After three or two days" Baekhyun said with a shrug, "You're staying with him tonight?" Sehun asked addressing to Yixing, "Yes" Yixing answered,

"I'll be leaving too then" Sehun said after a while, "Let Yixing see you out" Baekhyun said immediately, Sehun immediately looked at Baekhyun looking confused, Baekhyun just shrugged.

He let out a sigh as him as him and Yixing made their way out of the cabin.

Nayeon was almost gaining consciousness so Chanyeol held her hand, "You can do it Nayeon, I'm here for you" he said in a gentle and calming voice.

Just as Sehun walked right across a cabin he heard a familiar voice, he stood there for a while

I'm here for you don't worry.

Sehun was sure he heard it right this time, he gulped and peeked at the glass over the door, his eyes widened and something inside broke at the sight which was present,

He found Chanyeol holding Nayeon's hand as he gently caressed her hair,
'I'm here for you, don't worry Nayeon, I'm here' he heard him say, Sehun stood there stunned for a moment
So is this why he has been coming home late? He has been lying to be this whole time just to be with Nayeon?
He scoffed and I thought he loved me, how stupid could I get? He was just playing with me wasn't he?

Sehun ran out of the hospital trying his best to avoid tears from falling down, ignoring the calls of Yixing,

He finally bursted out crying when he was at the entrance of the hospital,
You're such a jerk Chanyeol

"Sehun..."  he heard Yixing called out and Sehun turned towards him with tearful eyes, Yixing slowly walked towards Sehun, "How could he do that to me?" Sehun questioned, Yixing could not respond as he sadly looked at the broken Sehun,

"I'm sure he had his reasons... " he tried to comfort the younger, "No he lied" Sehun stuttered Lay walked towards him and placed his hand on his shoulder, "Sehun... Don't cry" he said, Sehun cried even more and just hugged Yixing without warning, who was surprised at first but just hugged him back patting his back, "Don't cry....please" he mumbled.

Nayeon had finally gained consciousness and now Chanyeol could finally head back, he had left his phone in the car, as he was about to walk out Jeongyeon called out to him and he turned around, "Thank you" she said in a soft voice, Chanyeol gave her a small smile, "It's fine, take care of her" he said and made his way out of the hospital.

He had reached the entrance but stopped his footsteps when he saw Sehun hugging non other than Yixing himself, he clenched his fist in annoyance, So you still had feelings for this perk huh? Liar

Chanyeol walked out of the hospital through the other entrance, he drove straight home feeling betrayed and angry, he even switched off his phone,

That night Chanyeol noticed how Sehun did not return, but he did not bother to call or check on him,
He can be with him for all I fucking care! He said to himself tossing and turning on his bed trying to fall asleep as sleep was the only thing which he felt was the only way to avoid the pain he was feeling inside.
