A/N- I don't know everything about pregnancy so please forgive any incorrect information and also some things maybe intended to be different since James is a male.

Jason's POV

I stormed out of the room leaving James and Tom alone to cool off before I do/say something I'll regret. How dare he try and get rid of my baby?? This is such a rare opportunity and he just wants to fucking end it.

I walked further down the hall and found some random chairs and plopped down trying to make sense of everything. I always wanted a family of my own.. I know it's dangerous with my job and all but a guy can dream, right?

I closed my eyes picturing a really pregnant James wobbling around our house. I felt a warm tear roll down my cheek and I wiped it quickly. Next thing I know Tom's standing in front of me.

"I think you'd want to hear the important information I'm about to tell James about the baby... I also talked some sense into him but you have to understand where he coming from Jason. He's scared.. scared of your enemies doing something to the baby and scared of what people will think. So take it easy on him. He needs a lot of support and love right now," Tom said in a fatherly way hugging me slightly as I nod.

"Good now let's head back." He said making me follow him. Once we arrived at the room Tom opened the door and James immediately jumped on me.

"I'm so so sorry Jason! I wasn't thinking straight.. this is all just so sudden and a lot to take in at one time. Please forgive me.." He said through his tears as I wrapped my arms around his waist hugging him tightly but not to tight.

"Shh.. baby it's okay. I understand just please promise me you won't try to get rid of our baby." I said placing my forehead on his.

"I promise!" He said through his tears.

"I love you so much." I said setting him down kissing his lips gently before pulling away.

"I love you too." He replied rubbing his stomach a bit making me put my hand on it to.

"Our baby's in there.. That's so crazy," I breathed out in disbelief making him smile.

He opened his mouth to say something but Tom cut him off with a short clearing of his throat. We looked over at Tom and James blushed.

"Now that you two have reconciled let's get down to business." Tom said as James and I go to sit back down.

"You guys are going to have to come back and see me so I can monitor the baby. So up to 26 weeks we need to set an appointment every three weeks. 26 to 32 weeks we are going to have an appointment every two weeks. 32 to delivery we will have one every week. After each visit you will schedule your next one. Question?" Tom asked after giving us the information.

"How exactly am I going to give birth?" James said taking the words right out of my mouth.

"C-section," Tom said smiling as I looked over and saw that James was was looking a bit out of it so, I grabbed his hand for reassurance.

"Okay good!! Now on to caring for your baby. You are currently in your first trimester James a key point in your pregnancy. Here's a booklet for dos and don'ts. You have to cut unhealthy habits such as drinking alcoholic beverages and any form of smoking. You should also include more fresh vegetables and fruits into your diet while slowly eliminating processed foods. Try to take it easy to. Questions?" Doctor Tom said as we both looked at the booklet.

"No smoking in the house anymore." James said sternly making me nod quickly. "And when will I have to start taking pregnancy vitamins?" He asked Tom.
