I Try To Picture Me Without You But I Can't

"Y-Y/N? What are you doing here?" I asked questionably but it sounded like a thousand mice dying. "Your Aunt wants me to 'babysit' you." Y/N said with a smirk. "What why?" I asked sitting up from my bed. "Hiro, the best excuse you could come up with is playing a video game?" She playfully asked. I then realized what she meant. "Oh, yeah that's what happened! Hehe.." I shly chuckle. Y/N raised an eyebrow at me. "Hiro, you must think we are dumb. Just because your a prodigy doesn't mean everyone else is stupid." Y/N said now sitting on my bed.

I just sighed. "Hiro." She holding my hand, making me blush but she couldn't tell because of my fever. "You can tell me. I'm your friend, right? I won't tell." Y/N said with a sweet smile. I sit there for a moment hesitant, I can't tell her I'm a superhero. Can I? I imagine Tadashi beside me telling me to breath. I breath in, then out. I hold her hand a little tighter. "Can I tell you something?" I asked her and she nods. "But you have to promise not to tell anyone, ok?" I asked and Y/N nods again. I let go of her hand and run my hand through my hair. "I really don't know why I'm telling you this..." I say, I barely know her. Yet again, I do know a lot about her already. "I'm... From Big Hero 6, I'm the one wearing the purple suit." I said shutting my eyes closed. I open them to see a not a shocked face but a smile. "I had a feeling." She said. "What?" I asked shocked my voice cracking a little. "Well it's pretty obvious, you and your friends have the same structure as the Big Hero 6. I've also noticed your favorite colors are your suits and all the things you guys like. Also, you don't really cover your face, your helmets are see through." Y/N finished and I was shocked. "Yeah, I guess I should probably fix that..." I say rubbing my neck.

"Anyways, tell me how you broke your leg." Y/N says, gently touching my case. I explained to her what happened but I felt a little embarrassed because I told her everything. Including what mean stuff they said to me. She just gently listened. Once I finished she said. "I'm so sorry, that must have been painful." Y/N said. "Yeah, so since I told you, you don't have to 'babysit' me anymore. Right?" I asked, she shakes her head. "Yes you did tell me but you could go out again and I don't want you to get more hurt then you already are." Y/N said. I groaned a little bit, I did want her to be here but I don't. I have been feeling lonely but I also wanna try and go out tonight. I'll make my case into metal case.

"Anyways, did you take your medicine yet?" Y/N asked me. "Yes." I lied. But I forgot Baymax is right next to me. "He has indeed not. I tried to feed him but he does not want to have it." Baymax says to
Y/N. I just hide my face under the blanket. I hear moving around and then a tap on my shoulder. I lift the blanket off my face and saw Y/N holding a spoon with medicine. "Here." She said holding it closer to my face. "No, I don't want that. It's so gross!" I stick my tongue out. "Hiro. If you want to feel better you need to take your medicine!" Y/N insisted. "No!" I stubbornly turned my head. I realized I haven't really showed this side of me to Y/N yet, I've been trying to be perfect but I guess not everyone can be perfect. Y/N then turns my head to face her. "Hey-" I got cut off by her shoving the spoon in my mouth.
Y/N takes the spoon out with the medicine in my mouth, she covers my mouth so I don't spit it out. I swallow the disgusting medicine and gag. Y/N let's go of my mouth and I immediately gag again. I shake my tongue out. I didn't know that Y/N was so persistent. "There, that wasn't so bad was it?" She asked with a smirk. "Yeah, it was worse." I say with my tongue still out. Y/N just giggles, she then gets up and goes downstairs. Is she leaving? It was ten more minutes until she came up. Y/N had a pickle jar, salty chips, water and soup. She was juggling it all but Baymax came and helped her out. "Here are a bunch of salty things. It helps me when I have a cold." She said setting the stuff on my desk.

"Oh, thanks." I say looking at the stuff. I hadn't realized until now that I was hungry. "Here, do you want to eat your soup? Or do I have to feed that to you too?" Y/N teased, I blush. "I can eat it myself." I say grabbing the bowl of soup out of her hands. I eat the nice tomato soup, it is nice and hot. It would be better with some grilled cheese though. Once I finish it I feel tired but I don't want to fall asleep in front of Y/N. She seems to notice how tired I am and says. "Don't worry, I'm going to be watching MyTube. You can sleep." Y/N said and I nod. I slowly lay back and start to fall asleep. It was a little hard to, because of how hot I feel.

There's fire, all around me. Nothing else but fire. In the distance I see Tadashi. "You could've stopped me." Tadashi said hauntingly. "I- I tried!" I defended myself but tears pouring out of my eyes. "If you just stopped me for a second, I could've lived. But NO, your too weak! If you were stronger you could've stopped me! It's your fault!" He screams at me now. It's my fault.

I get shaken awake. I see Y/N above me looking concerned. "Hiro! What happened? Why are you crying?" She asked with her hand rested on my hair. "I'm crying?" I asked touching my cheek and sure enough it's wet. "I just had a bad dream." I say tiredly. "Okay..." She says still concerned. Y/N sits closer to me. "Hiro, you don't have to tell me but if you want to talk I'm here." She said resting her hand on my hand. I just sighed. "It's just a bad dream, no need to get worked up about it." I yawned. It was silent for a couple of seconds, until Y/N hesitated to speak up. "Hiro, you were talking in your sleep. I heard you say.... a couple things." Y/N said and my eyes widened. Did she know? What did she hear? What did I say?

"You said, I tried and it's my fault." Y/N said and i closed my eyes shut, she probably knows. "Was it about... your brother?" Y/N asked. I just close my eyes, I don't want to talk to her about Tadashi. I might end up crying and I'm too sick to cry right now. It was silent for a couple of minutes but it felt like hours. "Ok, that's fine if you don't want to talk about it." Y/N says looking down. "If you need me, I'll be over there." She points to the bean bag and I nod slightly. Y/N goes over there and continues to do whatever she was doing on her phone. I curl the blanket around me and I try to go to sleep.

I wake up at like midnight and Y/N is still awake. "Y/N." I groaned and she shot her head up. "Yes?" She asked. "Can I have some water? I think there is some under my desk." I say pointing to under the desk. Y/N gets up and grabs the bottle and pours it into a cup. She hands it to me and I start to drink it. It tastes kinda weird but water usually tastes weird when I have mochas in my throat. I went back to sleep.

Y/N's POV:

I gave Hiro some water and went back to my bean bag. The water smelled a little weird but I only noticed that until now. I was pretty tired. I stayed up all night just to make sure Hiro doesn't sneak out. Anyways, back to the water. I look over to the bottle of water and it doesn't look like a water bottle. I walk over to it and look at the label. I gasp, it's.... whine. Why does Hiro have whine? I guess that's not the point right now, will Hiro be ok? I look over to Hiro and he is sweating. His eyes are open a little bit and they look red. He looks at me. "Y/N! It's so good to see you! What are you doing here?" Hiro asked loudly but tiredly. "Hiro, you accidentally drank whine." I say going next to him in his bed. "Did you know your eyes are pretty? They are so pretty." He giggles and I blush a little bit. I can't really do anything I'll just have to wait for Hiro to just go to bed. "Thank you Hiro." I said to him, he starts giggling again.

"I want gummy bears." Hiro said. "No Hiro, your sick." I say to him. Maybe he can tell me his problems, so I can help him. I heard when your drunk your sober thoughts come out. "Hiro, what was your nightmare?" I asked him, he frowns. "Tadashi, he died. If I was stronger, I could've stopped him.... but I'm not." He starts to cry. "Oh Hiro...." I begin to hug him. "Your so strong, your a superhero! Do you know how many peoples lives you save?" I said to him. "But they all die anyways, what's the point?" Hiro asked. "Well.. that's true, but that is why you should live your life. Just because Tadashi is dead, doesn't mean your dead." I say to him. He starts crying my shoulder. We were kind of in a weird position. Our faces are in each other's shoulders, his arms are wrapped around my waist and my arm around his waist. My other hand is stroking his fluffy black hair and his legs are wrapped around my legs.

He continued to sob. Once he slowed down, I thought I should compliment him. "I like your fluffy hair." I say to him, he giggles. "Thanks. I like your hair." Hiro giggled. "Can you handle being by yourself?" I asked. "I don't know." He says, I starts to try to get out of the cuddle but Hiro said. "No, please don't leave me." He cried, he began to hug me tighter. "Ok, ok." I sighed in defeat. I grabbed the blanket and wrapped it around us. It was nice, being in someone else's warmth. Or just sharing the warmth with someone. We ended up falling asleep, together.
