moving in

moving into ethans spare room was a lot easier than you would have thought due to most of your stuff still being packed from moving out of your parents house and you not wanting to settle into the gross apartment.

ethan had come over to help you move the boxes and stuff.

"thanks for helping ans uh watch out for that patch in the carpet."

just as you say that ethan steps into a hard and sharp but if carpet. you never could figure out what it was and your human garbage landlord never bothered to get rid of it.

"what even is that y/n?"
"hey man your guess is as good as mine. i've been here for four months that's been here for who knows how long. i had a table over it"
"that's why there was a table in like the middle of the room far from any of the chairs."
"it's better than telling guests that there's a mystery goo that's hardened and hurts."
"fair enough. now let's disassemble your computer"
"careful it's my baby."
"well your my baby and if u want me to be careful i will."

you pull him in to give him a kiss.

"you wanna take a break and go grab a smoothie? there a really nice local place like a block away from here."
"sure."

you two come back after the smoothie break and it's already getting dark outside.

"you wanna take this stuff over to my place first and then we can come back for it tomorrow?"
"yea sure lemme just grab some clothes.. nope they're already in the car."

you both laugh as you stuggle with the key pad to let you out of the complex.

"this piece of garbage always does this. you know how hard it is when your late and rushing. GODD"
"hey it's okay. you only have to deal with it right now and like tomorrow and then poof never again."
"yea never again."

you and ethan make small talk as you drive up to his house.

"do you realize this is the first time i'm going to your house?"
"oh shit that's true huh. we met like a week ago"
"it feels like forever but i mean like yea."

you two laugh as he pulls into his drive way.

"well here it is. come in i'll give you a tour and then we'll come get your stuff."

he grabs you by the hand and you two run in.

"okay so like this is the living room and here's the kitchen. here's my gaming room and right next to is is my room and this one here is your room."
"cool i have an idea of what i want it to look like. we hit the led lights around the top and i want my gaming set up in this corner and my bed there and my vanity here."
"sounds perfect."

he kisses you on then head and you two head to the car. you guys grab boxes and bring them in and soon all the boxes are in.

"where's the bathroom. i just realized that the both of us haven't showered for like two days."
"that's also a good point y/n. the bathroom is just down the hall to your left."
"cool thanks."

after you shower, do your skincare routine, and get dressed you realize there's no bed in your room.

"hey eef"
"what's up beautiful"
"i don't have a bed here yet."
"just sleep with me again it's chill."

you give him a hug and he picks you up and carries you into his room. he throws you on the bed.

"well i have to go shower now cuz i also haven't showered for two days."
"hey nooo i've showered so it's just you that hasn't showered for two days."

you climb into hes bed. after ethan showers he comes back in and crawls into bed with you.

"y/n why are there so many products in the bathroom? like you have all the lotions and shit in your room."
"what do you mean that's like what i need to shower."
"there are like 15 bottles in there now"
"there just like the basics."
"no that can't be right"
"ethan ethan ethan. i can name all of it right now."
"no you can't."
"let's go. i stay outside of the bathroom and name all of my stuff in the shower."
"bet."
"okay okay okay. shampoo and conditioner that's a given. uh body wash, sugar scrub, exfoliating glove, loofa, face wash, and a hair mask. that's like nothing. i could be one of those extra ppl and have like 15 more products."
"huh i guess your right. is that why you smell like strawberries and mangos?"
"yes. and i am so glad you don't you a three in one. like you don't understand how many red flags that would've been."

you two go back into the bedroom. you two get into bed and scoot over to each other. you lay halfway on top of him and he wraps his arms around you. it feels as if the world had fallen away and you two were floating.
