San stretched before helping his crew load cargo onto his ship. They had just finished ransacking a port town and we're now loading up the supplies they gained. It was a warm, sunny day, almost cloudless minus the odd one here or there. San stared up at the sky for a moment, a smile on his face. He had a love for the sea and sky. It reminded him of his flag, especially on cloudy days. This wasn't one of those days, but he still enjoyed it nonetheless. He sighed as him and his crew finished loading the ship, everyone climbing aboard before they set sail, searching for the next city to plunder.

Vatican sat on his rock, a dark cloud above him, his eyes were closed, focusing on the water current, his tail in the tides needing them to be either in water or not on land, it because it was a pain in the ass when it wasn't in water, but we'd get to that later, his eyes opened, glowing a bright yellow, his other eye closing white, he sensed a ship coming by and hid in the water, grinning as he hadn't eaten a human in a while now. Vatican sat back on his rock, a bright enchanting smile on his face, as he looked atat the boat getting larger and larger.

San and the crew were busy cleaning the ship, counting the supplies, mapping the route ahead, and a few were even preparing fish nets to send out and catch some fish for the crew to eat. San was the first to notice the dark cloud on the horizon, immediately pointing it out to the crew and the captain. They all thought it was a storm, so they got to work and made the ship start to turn to avoid the dark cloud.

Vatican chuckled, the whole sky turning grey now, following the ship and popping his head out the water, staring at the crew, eyes starting to glow, he started toto sing his siren sing, keeping a distrance away to avoid any nets and hooks, his voice enchanting and alluring.

San heard the siren song, yelling to the rest of the ship to warn them of the danger.
"EVERYONE! COVER YOUR EARS! THERE'S A SIREN!" He yelled. But it was already too late. A few of the crew had already jumped off the edge of the ship and to their death. More were soon to follow, that's for sure.

Vatican watched them all sink, his dark grin widening a little more, and continued to sing his cursed song, but one caught his attention, a man who didn't fall once he sung, he was growing abit curious and swam towards the boat a little more, but knew it was most likely a bad idea.

San was still yelling. He ran around the ship, pulling all those he could away from the edge. He gave people ear plugs and helped snap others out of their trance. Less and less people were jumping now, San continuing to save as many as he could. He had help now, those he had managed to free from the siren song.

Vatican stopped singing, looking unamused a thus actions and wasleft about to dive down to eat his prize, trying to get away as fast as possible before he gets caught. And just his luck, the coat he wore got caught in a net. The same coat he uses to cover his marks and scars.

San and the remaining crew soon set back to work. They pulled the net Vatican's cost was caught in up onto the ship, emptying it out on the desk and sorting through the items. They had also sent out hooks with bait on them to see if they could catch any more fish than the nets were already pulling in

Vatican looked at them all, and silently cursed at his situation, he was now currently stuck on a net, and hanging by a ship, glaring at San and growled.

The crew pulled the net Vatican was caught in up onto the ship, most of them freaking out to at least some degree when they saw the siren.

Vatican panicked when he was on the floor, wrapping his tail in his long coat before it was to late and scooted away, glaring at San darkly as he hit the wall behind him.

"Guys, calm your shit. It's basically powerless here. Bring it to the cargo hold, we'll deal with it once we're back to shore." San said, only somewhat confused by Vatican's glare. The crew nodded, tying Vatican's hands behind his back before picking him up "Also, gag him just in case. We don't want another siren song starting." San said, to which the crew almost immediately put a gag in Vatican's mouth

Vatican glared at him for a moment, a slight blush spreading across his face, all of a sudden jolt of pain in his lower torso, welp, this gonna be fun, Vatican's tail slowly disappeared, slowly showing pale human legs, this was why he hated land, he never learned how to use legs.

The crew started freaking out again as they carried Vatican down into the cargo hold. San quickly calmed them down, his facial expression saying that he thought they were idiots without using words

Vatican kept his glare on San, squirming and struggling, trying to get out of his bounds

The crew set Vatican down roughly inside of the cargo hold before going back to their work. San stuck around, apparently having decided to guard Vatican just in case

Vatican was half way through his ropes, just a little more and he'll be learning to walk soon!-

Yeah, it was gonna take him a while.

San sighed, grabbing Vatican's wrists and placing more rope around them. Because no way is San gonna let Vatican even hope to escape

Vatican glared at San, leaning onto the wall behind him in hopes to stand up, barely.

A crew member, a woman that could change theme of her hue called San outside with a grin on her face, fixing her messy ponytail.

(Kim: Imma just sneak into this for a little---))

San glanced at the exit to the cargo hold. He made sure Vatican couldn't escape before going out to meet the woman "You called me?"

Ķīm smiled,
"Maybe we can use that siren to out advantage!"
They suggested, looking at San with a grin as their whole hue and theme changed once more, her paper white skin staying the same

"Uhm.. I mean maybe? I don't think that's a good idea, it still is a siren after all. It could kill us all if we're not careful"

"Thats why we will, we torture it until it breaks to make it serve us, or we can use other accessories to block out its tricks! Tiller handy when an enemy ship comes! And with its face it can easily manipulate people into giving us what we want!"
Her hue changing every once and a while, and stared at San, blinking as she waited an answer

San grew more and more uncomfortable by the moment "Erm.... I don't think it's a good idea to torture it... Plus it could still turn against us, even if we break it."

"Not if we break it enough, it'll still be functional, well at least enough to help us"

A rather tall boy with curly, messy, dark brown hair walked over and grabbed Kim's arm "Alright, Kim, that's enough. You're making the first mate uncomfortable. If you really want to torture the poor siren, you'll have to have it brought up with the captain." Pąńïç said

"Whoops, didn't mean for that kind of aura, apologies, it was just a mere suggestion"
Ķį¿§ Hue changed once more. And grinned, skipping away to help with some things around the ship

A random male was next to San, shivering a little
"That ones completely Looney and freaky---"

"Noted. Though what about that guy who came over to talk to her? He seems to enjoy her company"

"Oh they're fine, it's the girl were worried about- the guy keeps her in check, keeping her in a saner state. theyre, pure of heart, dumb of ass and the blob---"

".... That's terrifying-"

Vatican was now standing, he had gotten his ropes off, now leaning on a walls and facing it, trying to stand more properly, how the hell did humans use these Damn things?- he asked himself in frustration

"If he dies, we all die Captain---"

"Okay. Note to self, keep him alive as long as possible."

"Good idea-"

"Anyways, I'm gonna go guard the siren. Keep on with your duties." San said. He then walked away, going back down into the cargo hold.
