Chapter 4

It has been a year since I was taken away from Derek. I was going to finally go back before my eyes changed but since my power is stronger it was hard for me to control myself on full moons. It took a while before I could control it. To be honest I don't know how Derek handled it when he was an Alpha. He could still feel my pain.

At one time the blue ring around pupils was yellow and I couldn't sense the werewolf off of Derek but when it when the ring in my eyes turned back to blue I could. I don't know what happened and neither did Klaus.

Also when I became a true Luna it spread around and a lot of random omegas were asking to join my pack but I turned them down. So Bonnie made some kind of necklace I can wear that covers up my werewolf scent.

And now my wolf can't wait anymore so I'm finally going back to Beacon Hills. Back to Derek, my mate.

"Why are we going to a Lacrosse game?" Damon asks and I look at him. "Well I have no idea where Derek is so I'm going to ask some friends." I say. "Who are these friends and what are they?" Damon asks. "Okay Scott and Isaac are werewolves. And there's Stiles who is human." I say and Damon smirks. "I'm starving now." Damon says and I growl at him.

I see Stiles sitting on the bench watching the game. I walk over to him and sit next to him. "I've been gone for a year and your still on the bench, Stilinski." I say shaking my head. His head snaps towards me and a grin creeps up across his face.

"Malena!" He cheers hugging me tightly. I grin at him as he pulls away. "So who is this?" Damon asks and Stiles looks at him curiously. "This is Stiles, the human that's not going to be your lunch." I say and Stiles eyes widen in fear. "Lunch?! What are you a vampire?" Stiles says with sarcasm in his voice. "Actually he is." I say and Stiles looks at me.

"I will explain later, now where's McCall and Lahey?" I ask and Stiles points at them as they go to the locker room. "Okay make them stay there until everyone leaves and don't tell them yet." I say and he nods and makes his way to the locker room.

A while later me and Damon walk into the locker room and I'm behind Scott and Isaac. Stiles shuts up as he grins at me. "Well that was a nice game boys." I say putting my arms around there shoulders and coming in between them. They both look at me shocked and they both pull me into separate hugs.

"So are these the werewolves?" Damon asks and I nod. "Who is he and why does he smell like death?" Isaac asks and I see Scott's eyes flash red. "Okay this is Damon he's a vampire and Scott when the hell did you become an Alpha!" I say with a grin and he looks over at me. "He's a true Alpha." I hear someone say behind me.

"Klaus!" I growl and turn around to look at him. "What the hell are you doing here!" I shout and he just smiles at me. "Well I wanted me your friends." He says and I roll my eyes. "Okay guys he's a hybrid, half werewolf and half vampire." I say and Stiles snorts.

"Nice friends you have here Malena." Stiles says and I roll my eyes at him. "I see you still have your sarcasm, Stiles." I say and he grins at me. "Stiles? Really?" Klaus says with a smirk. "Its not likes Klaus is any better." I mumble but I know he heard. He rolls his eyes and I turn to the teen boys.

"Okay teen boys now can you tell me where I can find Derek?" I say and they nod give me directions to his loft. "Malena I just want you to know Derek still hasn't given up finding you." Scott says and I nod.

When I get to Derek's loft I tell Damon and Klaus to stay in the car. I walk into his loft and its huge.  I don't see Derek here so I look around until I find this drawing. Its the drawing of my wolf that I drew laying next to Derek's bed. Then I hear a growl come from behind me. My heart flutters in the sound of Derek's growl.
