Mudstar saw Astride stomp down her foot. The clan stared at her and scattered. Mudstar was lefted alone. Oakfur and Spottedtail ran up the tree they always hanged out at. Mudstar closed her eyes, she didn't know what to do. "What's up with them?" Astride asked.
"Habits," Mudstar meowed.
"Oh," Astride barked.
Mudstar called her clan out. The clan slowly came out of dens, bushes, and trees, but Spottedtail and Oakfur stayed in their tree. "What do need anyway, Astride?" Mudstar asked.
"Oh," Astride said, "I just wanted to let you know I smelled a fox on the border,"
"Well, thanks for letting me know," Mudstar meowed.
"No problem," Astride barked, "I must be getting back to my drill." Astride walked out of camp. Mudstar sighed. "Dewflower, can you and Hollypaw check for that fox?" Mudstar asked.
"Of course Mudstar!" Dewflower said, walking off to find Hollypaw.
