Rylie POV

" Goodmorning baby" Charli greeted me while yawning

" Hey" I replied which made her frown

" Are you mad?" She asked

" No, I'm just trying to recall the events from yesterday" I replied again and kissed her forehead

" Oh nothing really happened. You just drove me home then I insisted that you stay here and you agreed" Charli stated which made my head clear 

" Let's go downstairs, Luke must be waiting" I said which made her smile

" Okay babe, I'll just shower" She agreed then got up, gave me a peck on the lips then went to the bathroom to shower

I decided to go downstairs and check up on Luke. When he saw me, his face lit up

" Oh you're awake!" Luke exclaimed happily

Luke is like a brother to me, he really is a great and reliable person. I see how much he cares for Chichi.

" Yes and I'm having a massive head ache" I replied then we both laughed

" Eat first then you can drink meds" He said then continued playing with his phone

" I'll wait for chichi so we could eat together" I replied which made him look at me while smiling

" Hey Ry, do you like my sister?" He asked 

" I think I do" I said with a genuine smile then Charli went down

" Hey, what are you talking about?" Charli asked

" Cars"

" Girls"

Luke and I said in chorus, then we both looked at each other then laughed

" Really? Girls?" Charli asked with sarcasm and looked at me then Luke

" Sis, it was a joke" Luke replied while scratching the back of his head

" It better be" Charlie said then looked at me

" L- let's eat" I said nervously 

We began eating with all this tension and made me uneasy. Luke was looking at me and we started talking telepathically

I understood what he was telling and I nodded saying that I understood him 

" H- hey Chichi" I called for her attention which made her look at me and raised one brow

" Do you want to go out with me?" I asked which made her face lit up

" Really?" She asked back hoping that I would mean it

" Yes, I will pick you up later 5 pm. Is it okay with you?" I said

" Yes" She responded then stood up, kissed my cheeks then went upstairs

" She likes you" Luke said

" W- what?" I stuttered

" Please don't break her heart" Luke pleaded and looked at me with sincere eyes

" I won't, don't worry Luke" I assured him and held his hand

We bid our goodbyes then I left and decided to visit Annie

I didn't knock and went in instead and shocked when I saw Annie lying on the floor

" Annie!" I shouted and knelt down to check on her
