I was still giving her cold vibes because of yesterday and I could tell that she's uneasy because during class I always tease her and make the class noisy and now that I'm not doing anything the class stays quiet and I can feel everyone uneasy.

The bell rang which means it's gym time and we have practice again

I changed my clothes into my normal jersey and boy shorts and when I entered the court, they looked shocked

"Good to see you cap!" They said which made me smile 

"H-hey Rylie.. Please start the drills" She muttered and I didn't even nod or say something. Instead I just start the drills which made my team mates tease her and they all laughed

So as always, after drills we play 5vs5 for practice

"Ry its okay if you dont join-" I cut her off

"Okay, Max, Trisha, Jules, Sam and Zoe are on the other team the rest is with me" I said which made Jane frown

The practice was great and we won only by two points and we all went to the lockers

"Hey Ry, can I talk to you?" Jane said which made us all look at her

"Uh why" I asked

" Privately?" She added

"Okay" I replied coldly

We went back to the gym to talk so I sat down and wait for her

"Hey uh.. I'm sorry" She said while lowering her head down

"Okay.. I'll go now if that's all" I replied then stood up and started walking

" Hey, Please.. I'm really sorry I-"  I cut her off by saying " I said I forgive you okay? Just.. Leave me alone" I spat then grabbed my stuff and got away

JANE POV

It's been a week, since she told me that I should stay away from her. But I never did.. I always called her during recitations and when we read a chapter of a story that we are reading and she never said a word

I've been feeling strange stuff for her, like during practices, I was only staring at her, especially when she effortlessly shoots and handles the ball.

Currently, I'm at the cafeteria with Hailey and the only thing that enters through my mind is

I need to talk to her

I need to talk to her

I NEED TO TALK TO HER

"Hey Ja-" I cut her off and accidentally said " I need to talk to her" while looking straight at her eyes which made her confused

" To who?" She asked

" N- Nothing Hay.." I replied then looked down with a frown ( Wow that rhymes)

" Tell me right now Jane.. You can tell me anything, you know that" She pleaded and I gave her a warm smile

" Lately, Rylie and I are on bad terms and I really want to make it up to her.." I said which made her smirk at me

" You're totally crushing on her" She joked which made me slap her arms playfully

" Well give it a shot. She's right over there" Hailey added and she was just at the table across us

So I stood up and walked towards her but before I talked to her, I looked at Hailey and she gave me two thumbs up as a sign of motivation. So I inhaled deep and closed my eyes and when I opened it, Rylie was staring right at me.. Oops

Rylie POV

Why the hell is she inhaling deeply and closing her eyes right infront of me? I asked myself mentally and when she opened her eyes, I can tell she got shocked and embarassed at the same time

" Hey guys, let's meet after class okay?" I told Annie, Robert and Albert which they all agreed then left us

" Why the hell were you inhaling deeply and closing your eyes right infront of me? Were you having an orgasm or something?"  I joked which made her slap my arm playfully

" I just wanted to ask if we could talk? Please?" She pleaded 

" Aren't we talking already?" I said which made her concerned that I was still mad

" Look, I was joking. What is it?" I added which made her nervous

She grabbed my hand and took me to her office at the gym since it's almost time for our practice and we were both going to be there.

" Look I-" I don't know what I'm doing but I cut her off with a kiss

She was shocked at first but she got along with it. The simple kiss was turning to a hot and passionate one. I licked her top lip for entrance which she gave me. We both fought for dominance and I still won. The kiss was broken when we both ran out of breath

" Y-you.." She blurted

" Let's just say, that was a payback" I said

" W- what kind of payback is that?" She asked

" Hey you should be thanking me. I never did this for a payback. I've always beat their ass up" I said then walked away as practice was about to start

Jane POV

She kissed me.. These words seemed to echo in my head while I was touching my lips

" This didn't just happen" I said to myself

This is wrong.. It needs to stop

It looked like it was going to rain and I happen to be rideless since I left my car at home

" Hey do you want a lift?" I looked at the way where the voice came from and I saw Alex.. My ex

" What the hell are you doing here?" I asked him

" I'll be teaching him tomorrow" He replied 

But as I've noticed behind Alex, there was a pissed Rylie walking away from us. And it looked like she came from my direction and left

" Fine take me home already, I'm tired" I said and he nodded
