SYNOPSIS!
CELESTE WAS an angel. It was as simple as that, or at least Celeste wished it was. The blonde angel was sent down from heaven as a guardian angel to protect the one and only James Barnes from his demise that angels believed would take place. But of course, it was written in the books that Celeste was to fall for the mortal. She didn't know this of course, but her father did, and he had expected her to beat what was written in the books like she always did. However, she failed.
Celeste fell hard for Bucky, just as Bucky had fallen hard for Celeste. The blonde was immortal, beautiful, and had good intentions. Bucky was mortal, and wanted to fight for his country. The two were opposites in that sense, but neither cared. It was a pure relationship with nothing but laughs and jokes. One that any man or woman would be jealous of. And because of this, Celeste forgot what her true intentions of being on earth was.
When the day arrived that Bucky Barnes was deemed dead, Celeste's heart broke. And though she wished to stay on earth and help the Rogers' siblings mourn their best friend, she was called back to heaven, and was forced to stay there until the time was right. Until the time when the Avengers all came together and she could request help in order to get the man she loved out of HYDRA's grasp, and back into her arms.
