Sakura and Ino were running now, heading back home. Sakura held Lily in her arms. Lily's hair was now noticable. It was a peach color hair. Sakura was protecting her from the cold. Sakura nearly trips.
"You okay?" Ino asked.
"I'm still tired and sore but I'm fine. We should be close correct?" Sakura asked. Ino nodded. Lily then started to cry. Sakura hushed the baby but it was working.
"Ino! Wait." Sakura stopped running. She used her cloak to cover herself. Sakura leaned against the tree and lifted up her shirt and bra. She was breastfeeding Lily. Ino was staring at Sakura's breast.
"...Ino..." Sakura said.
"Relax. I'm just now noticing your not flat at all now. Its noticeable now." Ino said.
"You sure you aren't saying that because you just want to look at my breast. Pervert?" Sakura smirked. She then flashed Ino, who only smirked. Lily was finished and Sakura pulled her shirt down. They then continued running.

Lily was now 2 months old.
"Oh finally..." Ino said. They had finally reached to Konoha Gate.
"We're home..." Sakura said.
"You go home. I'll go give the package to the Hokage." Ino said. Sakura nodded. Right as Ino was about to leave, she was tackled by Tenten.
"OH THANK GOD YOUR OKAY!!! I THOUGHT SOMETHING HAPPENED TO YOU!" Tenten yelled.
"Tenten. Shhh!" Sakura said. But Lily then cried. Tenten looked at Sakura.
"I... oh... my gosh..." Tenten mumbled. "Gomen... did the birth go well..?" Tenten asked. Sakura nodded. She bounced Lily, trying to calm her down.
"Ino...?"
Ino looks around and sees Shikamaru and Temari. They ran up to her.
"You're okay. God... you made it troublesome and worry everyone." Shikamaru sighed. Temari was baby talking to Lily since she was awake now.
Lily cooed. "I would love for you all to see her... but I really want to go home... I'm very exhausted." Sakura smiled.
"Oh of course. Take all the time you need." Temari said. Sakura waved everyone goodbye and went home.

Sakura went into Lily's room and set down Lily in her crib. Sakura wanted to go sleep on the bed but she didn't want to leave Lily's side. She watched Lily sleep while she was on her knees. Eventually Sakura fell asleep leaning against the crib.
Ino returned home to see this family moment. Ino smiles and sat next to Sakura. Falling asleep.

Lily woke up crying. Meaning she was hungry. Sakura and Ino woke up. Sakura picked up Lily and sat down on a chair. Breastfeeding her. Sakura had to do this every 2 to 4 hours. Sakura was super duper tired. Sakura already fed Lily 8 times today. Sakura's nipple was sore already and there has been pain and needles every time Lily sucked on it. Plus with the breast engorgement, it just was making Sakura really tired.
"Babe...?" Ino said. Sakura looks at Ino.
"Do you want me to breast feed her?" Ino asked. Sakura shook her head no. Eventually Lily was full and fell asleep in Sakura's arms. Sakura sighed. She needed sleep. Right as Sakura was about to fall asleep, Lily cried again. Sakura sighed. Lily was starting to stink. Sakura changed Lily's diaper and set Lily to bed. She still cried. Sakura sighed loudly. She gave Lily a pacifier, immediately calming her down.
"Honey... you go lay down... I'll take care of her." Ino said. Sakura nodded and went to bed. She ended up sleeping all day.

Sakura woke up feeling refreshed. She went to go check on Ino but she wasn't in the room. She found them in the living room. Ino was singing to Lily as she held her.
Sakura just stood there, watching them have fun. Ino would occasionally nuzzle her nose against Lily, making her smile. Or boop her nose. Ino then felt a presence and saw that Sakura was watching her. Ino then blushed.
"How's my piggies doing?" Sakura asked.
"G-Good. She had food already." Ino said. Sakura walked up to Ino and kissed her on the cheeks. She then baby talked to Lily, who cooed and held out her arms. Meaning she wanted Sakura.
Sakura happily picked Lily from Ino's arms.
"Hi Lily! Did you miss me? You made mom very tired." Sakura said. Lily squealed. Sakura giggled.
"Ahh... you made my nipples itch too." Sakura mumbled. Ino snickered. Lily babbled. Sakura picked up a stuffed duck from Lily's room and would play with Lily. Making the duck boop the baby. Of course Lily smiled. Seeing a baby smile is the best thing ever. Especially when you make them laugh.
"So Sakura. Ready for you first day with coffee?" Ino said holding the mug. Sakura was basically drooling. She had not had coffee since she found out she was pregnant. Sakura immediately took it and drank it.
"Oh kami I miss this." Sakura was super happy. All the sudden, Lily grabbed the mug and pulled it. Spilling coffee. Sakura panicked while Ino tried to make Lily let go. In the end, they laughed it off.
Sakura and Ino, knew they were going to be a happy family.
