It's been 2 weeks since Ino stayed in the hospital. Her symptoms is getting worse. The cure still hasn't been made yet. The researchers aren't even close to making one. Sakura has been stressed and frustrated for the past days. All Sakura really can do is support Ino...

"Ino... you seriously need to eat..." Sakura said. Ino stared at her tray. There was chicken soup, crackers, and a cup of water. Ino can't help it but feel sick by looking at it.
"Sakura I don't... want to eat it..." Ino mumbled. Sakura groaned.
"Please...?" Sakura asked. Ino sighed.
"I-I'll try..." Ino picked up the spoon and slurp up the soup. She immediately grabbed the bucket and threw up.
"I-Ino... again...?" Sakura sighed.
"M-My body keeps refusing to eat food..." Ino groaned. She set down the bucket and layed down.
"Look. Trust me... I'm starving... I do badly want to eat... but I can't..." Ino said.
"Ino..." Sakura held out the spoon and moved it to Ino's lips.
"Small sip." Sakura said. Ino took a sip. It was kinda working. Ino still felt sick but she didn't throw up food this time. Ino successfully finished her soup.
"Thuk yu..." Ino slurred. Then all the sudden she passed out. At times Ino would faint randomly. Sakura took the tray with the empty bowl and set it aside. Tsunade then came in the room.
"How is she?" Tsunade asked.
"Threw up once but we managed to get some food in her." Sakura said.
"Oh good. So I have good news... we are almost halfway... the cure might actually be finished before... erm... Ino lose." Tsunade said. Sakura smiled.
"That's great! Ino won't lose this fight anyways. I'm not letting her!" Sakura said. Tsunade chuckled. She then had a serious look.
"Sakura... I'm just letting you know... Ino is almost at that stage where... things starts to get much... much... harder. So prepare yourself." Tsunade said before leaving. Sakura stared at Ino.
"It'll be over... I promise..." Sakura whispered to Ino.

Its been 3 days and the next stage had occurred. Ino got much weaker so she can't sit up by herself.
Ino woke up in pain. She went into a coughing fit and ended up spitting blood. Sakura's eyes widen and immediately grabbed the bucket and gave it to Ino. She made Ino sit up.
"Ino... Ino..." Sakura rubbed Ino's back. Ino groaned in pain. Tears began to fall from her cheeks. Eventually Ino stopped coughing up blood and fell back on her back. It was night time so everyone was tired.
"S-S-S-Sakuraaa... i-it... hurts..." Ino cried. Sakura began to soothe Ino's pain with her hands.
"It's okay... It's okay... I'm helping you..." Sakura said with a smile. Eventually Ino was able to relax.
"I'm here the whole time. If you need something let me know... I love you... goodnight..." Sakura caressed Ino's forehead.
"I.. love you t-too..." Ino said softly.

Ino stared outside from the window. She could see the village kinda. She was on the 3rd Floor so it was kinda a high view.
"Do you miss being outside...?" Sakura asked. Ino nodded. There was a knock.
"Come in." Sakura said. Choji and Shikamaru came to visit their teammate. Ino smiled after seeing their faces.
"Hey Ino!" Choji said. Shikamaru waved.
"H-Hey..." Ino coughed.
"How are you feeling?" Shikamaru asked.
"Like... shit..." Ino said.
"Erm... gomen... but your doing great... your a strong woman." Shikamaru said. Ino smiled.
"Tha-thank you." Ino said. Then more visitors came. Tenten and Hinata came by.
"Hey Ino... We brought you something!" Tenten smiled. She showed a black stuffed kitty and Hinata brought flowers.
"Aww... thank you..." Ino said trying to sit up. She grabbed the stuffed animal and looked at it.
"Kawaii..." Ino mumbled. She then stared at the flowers. It's been a while since she has seen flowers so it was nice to see them again.
"Hey Ino... I would like to stay here longer but Tsunade has a mission for me and Choji... we will visit when we get back." Shikamaru said waving goodbye. Choji went with him. Ino waved goodbye.
"So any progress on the cure?" Tenten asked as she grabbed a chair. Sakura nodded.
"Yeah. So far they are halfway to making a cure." Sakura said.
"T-That's good." Hinata said. Ino felt dizzy. She mostly just zoned out.
"Ino?" Sakura said. Ino then passed out.
"Wh- What happened?" Tenten was confused and didn't know if she should panic or not.
"Its fine. She randomly pass out..." Sakura sighed.
"She isn't doing well... is she...?" Tenten asked. Sakura stared at the bed. She bit her lips.
"No... not really..." Sakura mumbled.
"Sorry about that..." Hinata said.
"It's alright..." Sakura said trying not to cry. It wasn't alright. Ino is dying.
"We just wanted to come by and see how Ino is doing. We will leave you alone." Tenten said. Hinata and Tenten left.
"Bye..." Sakura said. All the sudden Ino started to twitch. It caught Sakura's eyes and she got worried.
"Ino..?" Sakura said with a concern voice. Ino then woke up panicking. She gasped loudly.
"Ino! Hey! Hey... hey... hey... hey..." Sakura got close to Ino. She started to cry more. Pain... was all she felt.
"I-I'm... so s..gick of thhnis... shit..." Ino shakily said. Her words didn't sound right.
"I'm sorry..." Sakura hated that she can't do anything.
"Sa...ura... I... I..." Ino slurred.
"I dun't wunt to die..." Ino cried. Sakura hugged Ino gently.
"I-I'm so sca...ed..." Ino cried.
"Please... don't talk anymore... save your breath..." Sakura said. Ino nodded a bit. Her body started to go limp. And there she goes. She fainted once again. Little did Sakura know...
That was the last time...
Sakura would ever hear Ino talk... smile... cry... anything....
