Silvia made her way in the hall, careful not to walk too loudly but it was no use, just a few hallways away and Malfoy turned around and caught her mid-step.
"What are you doing?" He asked accusingly, his face hard but his eyes suddenly welcoming.
They were so vivid you'd only see them in a dream, as if they were begging her to not look away.
"Don't think your special, I'm heading to the lavatory." Silvia stuck her nose up at him.
"I don't frolic with..you're kind." She tried to be offensive."What, Slytherin's? Or people who reject-" he caught himself when he saw the emotion flood her green eyes suddenly and didn't finish but started a new sentence.
"I wouldn't want a mud blood following me anyway." He turned and began to walk.
"Stupify!" Silvia shot at him without thinking. She slipped him over to face upwards and looked down on him.
Oh how she hated him.
"You think— you think you can insult me, and call me a terrible name?" She scoffed.
She stared at him disapprovingly.
Something flashed in his eyes.
"Oh no, I shouldn't have done that I'm so sorry!" She gasped, but she was saying everything sarcastically.
"Please oh please Malfoy, forgive me. I wouldn't want you to tell dear ol' dad about this incident!" She waved her arms around as if she'd be scared screwing her face up.
But before she could even take a breath, her head was hit against a wall, a heavy hand around her neck, the other forearm holding her chest against the wall. The stunning spell broke.
"Dont ever mention my father to me, or to anyone else." He threatened, his grip around her neck getting harder. She tried to gasp and her hands flew to his, trying to pry it off but it was no use.
He pulled her off the stone, and slammed her head against the wall again, careful not to draw blood. She tried to gasp, but only a whimper released her lips.
"Seeing stars, Donovan?" His eyes were cold again, piercing her very being.
But she was. She started seeing white spots behind him before sudden release from her neck made her throat burn.
She fell to the ground, unaware she had been lifted from it, and saw Harry with this wand pointed at Draco.
Draco was on the floor, a mess, Harry had stunned him as well. He looked at her, her eyes felt like they were going to fall from her head and her head, oh my, did it hurt.
She looked at Malfoy next, her knees under her body and saw he had fallen staring at her. He could only blink and stare.
She had realized what happened and gasped, her raw throat feeling like it was tearing and she slid backwards against the wall, trying to move so he couldn't see her.
Professor Snape and Dumbledore came storming after Harry, and Silvia breathed heavily. She was suddenly exhausted.
Professor Snape took her from under her arms and picked her up, back in sight of Draco and carried her to the hospital wing.
Last she saw of Draco was him laying on his back, staring up at the headmaster. She could have sworn there was pain in his eyes, but he shut them too soon to tell.

Rumor got out quickly that Malfoy had attacked her, and Madam Promfrey had givin Silvia bruising antidotes, because Draco Malfoy, Malfoy's hand print was bruised around her throat.
