The Study

He looks at you as he pulled his mask down, it seemed as if the only thing you saw was him and the only thing he saw was you.

"Ah...thank goodness"

He smiled at you, but this time not with his usual intimidating eyes, but with kind eyes, which was rare for him to have.

Your face became pink as you looked away.

"Gosh! What took you guys so long? Im really hungry ya know" Midori said with a look of disapointment.

"There was no helping it! The line was too long. Now stop complaining and be grateful!" You said as you gave her a soft hit on the head.

The three of you eat in silence, and as usual, the silence was broke by Midori of course.
"Why are both of you so quiet???" She asked with a look showing her curiosity.

"H-ha?!?! I should be asking you that!" You yell.

"That's because I was so hungry to the point that I only focused on my food!" She yelled at you aswell in response to what you said.

"Doesn't sound reasonable enough!" You said as she pouts and continues to eat her food.

The day ended with all of your stomachs full.

"Ahhhh I think I ate too much.." the petite girl sighed.

"You think?" He said as Midori punches his shoulder.

"So are we going to another place tomorrow?" You ask the two.

"It's almost midterms Y/N, we have to study" Sakusa said, even though Midori didn't really like the idea of studying, she nodded in agreement to what Sakusa said.

You sighed at the idea of not having a mukbang with your friends for awhile but suddenly...

"Why don't we have group study?" The petite girl snickered, trying to make it sound as if her ulterior motive was to study, which surely isn't.

Sakusa sighs and immediately shook his head in disagreement to the idea.

"Decision by vote then?" You said, as you made the lenny face, Sakusa knowing the out come of this he had no choice but to agree.

The next day came, it was a Saturday, you all decided to study at Midori's house since she said her mother was on a business trip.

You walk in the house as you smiled.

"I haven't been here in awhile haven't I?" Nostalgia struck as you looked around the house.

"Yeah..." Midori said, about to tear up.

"Midori?!?" You yell, and gave her a hug.

"Im sorry...it's just that I miss those days when you'd come over anytime you want" she said as she gave in to your warm embrace.

After that, you all decided to study in Midori's room.

As expected, Sakusa was the one teaching both you and Midori, all the things you didn't understand, he was smart after all.

"Omiiiiiii can we take a break?" You said as you crawled to him like a child, and looked at him as you pouted, your faces was so close the your noses almost touched.

"K-keep your distance Y/N!" He said with a flustered face, and a tone of voice higher than his usual one.

He was defenseless and had no choice but to allow the two of you a break.

You walk into the kitchen as Midori follows.

"Hey! Y/N!" She whispers, "Is there something going on between you and Sakusa?" She said as she made a face like this, '(˵ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°˵)'.

Your face becomes red as you avoided her eyes and immediately denied it.

"Mmmm is that so?" She snickered, not believing a word you said.

"M-midori!" You yell at her with a light pink color brushed across your face.

"So you like him then?" She asked, again with her look o curiosity.

"Th-that's not it..I-" Suddenly you we're cut off by Sakusa who entered the kitchen to fetch both of you.

"Hey you two! Get over here, time for us to get back to studying"

"Awwwww but we haven't even eaten anything yet!"

"That's not my fault. Hurry up and get over here! It's almost 6pm" he said.

"Hai hai! We're coming Sakusa-sensei~!" Midori responded.

"Don't mock me Midori"

"Whatever you say sensei~"

"Wait..hold on...DID HE HEAR US?!?"
