(Summary)

One day student, Akuto Sai discovers a fairy, who tells of worshipers of violence and magic escaped from a seal due to pollution and the destruction of nature. 

Five of the academy students were showered with the "flames of spirit" of the fallen fairies in a forest and can now hear Seelon's voice. 

Donning powered suits, the product of a combination of magic and science, the five youths became the Turborangers, juggling days of fighting with their regular school lives and dueling, in order to defeat the evil that was the Boma Tribes.
