(Summary)

Sixty-five million years ago, legendary, transcendent Energems were given to ten dinosaurs for safekeeping.

But a intergalactic bounty hunter attempted to acquire the gems, but his ship was blasted into space and his asteroids crashed on Earth, leading to the extinction of the dinosaurs and the Energems being lost with them.

Now, in the present day, the bounty hunter is back and starts sniffing around Earth in order to harness the power of the Energems and annihilate the world, so a team of Rangers is formed by the royal family to find the Energems first and fight the bounty hunter and other threats with dino-powered swords, blasters, Zords, and Megazords.
