(Summary)
A young boy was found one night near the Scarlet Devil Mansion. He was taken in and adopted by the Maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion.
When he reached his early teens, he becomes a student at the Wind Ninja Academy. But disaster struck leaving him and two other students left when a evil ninja master arrives to capture them. Their sensei, now a guinea pig, chose them to become Wind Rangers to stop him.
