(Summary)

Though Paris has its heroes, were prepared for what happened after. The virus was liberated from Japan, but its Rangers lost their powers as Goseigers. A new threat arrives as the evil Universial Empire Zangyack invades. 

The city's heroes barely stood a chance, but helped arrived as the Rangers obtain new powers and new Zords. All come together to but an end to their galactic rule.
