I follow Anna down stairs to the lobby. When the elevator doors opened we were greeted by two people in all black. They're wearing hoods so we can't see their faces. One of them speaks, "follow us."
They start toward the door and we follow. They walk across the lawn to the pond. There is a group of more people dressed in all black. The only people not dressed in black are Anna, me and three boys. We stop in front of someone who looks like the leader.
They step forward, "I am your RA and this is your orientation." She raises her hands. And I hear the boys yelp. I don't get a chance to look over before I feel cold water splash down on my head. "What the hell?!" I yell and shake off my arms like that would help. I look up and there's a chorus of laughter, all of the people in black have lowered their hoods.
"Welcome to Grayson Hall." The RA greets us. I look over at Anna who is also soaked and she is beaming. I turn around to and see the people who dumped water on us. I don't recognize any of them but I guess I live with these people now.
All of a sudden everyone's heads turn as we hear more yelps and laughter from across the pond. There's more people in black and five more soaking wet kids.
"Frederickson Hall does the same orientation." The RA clarifies. "Classes start tomorrow so get some rest but Friday night we'll have a party all the halls around the pond are invited."
They send us back to our rooms.
"I'm going to take a shower." Anna announces. I nod and get ready for bed I'll shower in the morning.
