By the time the song had ended, Harry and Louis were staring at each other, passion burning in both of their eyes. You could cut the sexual tension with a knife. Niall had complained throughout the song but had given up when he realised that Louis and Harry were so lost within each other that nothing he said was going to make any difference. He could see the love they had for each other radiating through their bodies, and he smiled a little at how happy they seemed. He had known Harry a long time, he knew how hard he took the bullying at school when people he considered his friends would shove him to the floor, call him names and make his life hell, just because he liked boys. He knew how Harry's past relationships had always been bad for him. He tended to care too deeply, and he'd always end up getting heartbroken when things went south. Harry was a gentle soul, and he needed someone who could bring the confident side of his personality out. Louis was that person. It had all started when Niall played a charity football match and he met Liam who was on his team. They hung out throughout the day, chatting about their common interest in sport and deciding to swap numbers. They hung out a few times in the weeks after the game, and it wasn't until Liam had invited Niall out for drinks that Harry and Louis became involved. Niall could remember how nervous Harry was to meet Liam and his friends, he was quite a shy person around new people and the thought of meeting them was out of his comfort zone, but he wanted to make Niall happy, so he begrudgingly went along. It turned out, according to Liam, that Louis wasn't too happy about it either. He didn't like having people he knew at his work and he hated sharing his friends with other people, so he wasn't happy when Liam had told him the other boys were coming that night. When Niall and Harry entered the building, Harry and Louis seemed to be drawn to each other. Louis just seemed to gravitate towards Harry all night, and this didn't go unnoticed by their friends. It only took one more trip to the pub for Louis and Harry to decide that they had an obvious friendship, and before anybody knew what was happening, they were hanging out away from the group scenario. Niall always knew that there was something special between Louis and Harry, they just seemed to know each other so well, and they couldn't stand the days when they couldn't see each other. Niall would regularly find Harry asleep in bed, Louis' sleeping figure on his phone, showing that they had spent their night talking on FaceTime until they had fallen asleep. It also didn't go unnoticed how cuddly and touchy they were with each other. They would always walk with their arms around each other and would always fall asleep in the car resting their bodies against one another. They just had one of those friendships that people could only dream of. Niall could remember the day Harry told him he thought he may be developing feelings for Louis, and Niall told him to trust his heart and go for what he wanted. According to Zayn, Louis was having the same feelings at the same time, but it took a few more weeks before either of them worked up the courage to say anything. When Harry had come home and announced to Niall that him and Louis were dating, Niall almost cried at the obvious happiness that Harry was showing through his huge smile. He was just so happy, and Niall knew straight away that their relationship was going to be amazing. But now, sitting in the car with his two friends undressing each other with their eyes, Niall wished they had never met. Or at least that he wasn't there at that moment. He was so relieved when he pulled up in their driveway that he jumped out of the car with such speed he thought he was going to fall over. He had made it into the house and halfway up the stairs before Louis and Harry had even realised that they were home.
Louis finally looked away from Harry, smiling down sheepishly as he got out of the car, looking back over at the beautiful man in front of him as they made their way into the house. As soon as the door had closed, Harry took Louis' hand, pulling him up the stairs and towards his bedroom. He could hear Niall's music already playing in his room, so he knew that Niall was aware of what was about to happen. He pulled Louis into his room before letting go of his hand and turning around to close the door. As soon as he heard the click of the door closing properly, he felt his body being pushed against it, two hands running up and down his sides. "God, I want you," Louis mumbled, his voice low and seductive. Harry turned around and instantly crashed their lips together, their tongues fighting for dominance. It was hot and passionate and fast, and neither of them wanted it any other way. Harry picked Louis up, carrying him towards the bed and Louis wrapped his legs around Harry's waist, his hands tangling in Harry's curls. Once they were laying down, Harry's hands fumbled to removed Louis' shirt before undoing his buttons and letting Louis slide it off his body. Their mouths hardly came apart and breathing normally became a thing of the past. As they continued making out, Louis found himself tugging at Harry's trousers, who happily complied and took them off, leaving him in just his tight black boxers. Louis couldn't help but nip at Harry's collarbone as he took in the chiselled body of the man he loved. It was a sight he would never get tired of.
