Chapter 16

   Shawn's POV

I woke up around 11 am and got on twitter. I was scrolling up and down my feed until I saw a tweet that Shelby posted.

She left the tour..

That's when I woke Austin up and said "Sorry man but I can't continue this tour.."

"Nah its totally fine."

Then I got all my stuff and they dropped me off at the airport. I got on the plane to Florida. Not to the tour but to Shelby's house.

I slept all the way there and I posted something on twitter

"@shawnmendes: I miss my princess.. ❤"

Then I got off the plane and grabbed my luggage. I got a taxi too her house.

I finally arrived at her house. I walked up to the door and knocked.

She answered it and looked at me in amazement..

Then she grabbed me and hugged me tight. She started to cry on my shoulder.

"Shawn oh my gosh! I missed you so much!"  she said trying not too cry

"I missed you too! I love you and Im never leaving you again.."

"What about the tour.. your career! Shawn why would you come back for me?! I'm not worth it!" she said crying even more

"But why would I leave my other half? My life? My everything? I love you and I wouldn't trade you for anything or anyone.."

She smiled and kissed me passionately. I kissed back.

Shelby's POV

We stopped kissing and I let Shawn in. We walked to my room and changed into comfy clothes.

Then I put Netflix on and we cuddled for the rest of the day. Then he spoke up

"So does this mean we are back together?" he smiled

I grabbed his hand and intertwined our fingers.

"Of course it does.." I smiled and kissed his lips.

I whispered "I love you.' and I fell alseep in his arms and to the sound of his heartbeat.

Then Shawn tipped me back and kissed me and I said " I love you Shelby Mendes."

"I love you more Shawn Mendes." I hugged back but tighter

Then I woke up with a smile on my face and Shawn looking at me also smiling...

"What was your dream about?"he asked

"Us and our future together.." I said and smiled

He kissed my cheek and said "Baby your the best thing that's ever happened too me.."

"What if I said your the best thing that's ever happened too me?" I smiled and giggled

I fell back asleep..
