So I had tried shifting last night but I gave up Cause I was tired and kept moving which messed me up a lot, and I've had a headache all day?? I feel like that's a uh what's that called a uhhm anyone I think you know what I'm thinking but it's like a SYMPTOM that's what I mean! A symptom so I feel I was super super close yesterday and I'm definitely getting closer to shifting!!
