"That leaves us with..." Cupid listed the next 7 tests in his head.

Cupid was absolutely drained. It has only been 8 days, but he has already fought with Odium too many times to count. Maybe this time, he should be five steps ahead of Odium...

But which test should he pick?

After some careful thought, Cupid finally had a plan. It was time to shift some schedules around.

Ye Jin loved the mornings. The mornings were always peaceful for her; the calm before she was thrown into another busy day.

In the lonesome morning, everything was quiet. It was the perfect time for her to meditate. Over the years, she grew used to waking up before the crack of dawn just to catch the beautiful sunrise.

That was until he came into her life.

Everything changed when her beloved Hyun Bin came into her life.

Instead of looking forward to waking up to a sunrise, she grew excited to wake up to Hyun Bin snoring lightly next to her. Instead of letting the heat of the rising sun gently caress her, she enjoyed the warmth emanating from his large, firm hands. They were always wrapped around her, surrounding her in a warm protective cocoon.

Yet, today, one couldn't find the couple in bed. For in the early morning, they decided to go for a walk together around the nearby park, just to clear their minds.

The sun wasn't out yet when they departed for their walk. The streets were quiet and there were barely any cars out and about, rare for a busy city like Seoul.

There was a tingle of magic in the air, the magic of the earth awakening after a night's slumber. Even through her mask, Ye Jin could smell the freshness of the soil and the dewiness drifting from the flora and fauna surrounding them.

Neither of them spoke as they continued strolling side by side, taking in the view of the early morning sky. They were just in time for the sunrise which was casting the warmest hues of orange and pink around them. The gentle blend of colours in the sky called out to their souls, softly caressing and soothing their weary and tired souls.

Another beautiful day.

Bathed in a rosy, crimson glow, Ye Jin was awe-struck by the simple beauty of nature that most fail to stop to appreciate amidst their busy lives.

Next to her, Hyun Bin was admiring the golden glow of Ye Jin's skin as she observed the sunrise with soft eyes, drinking in the view with her soul. The beautiful golden rays only accentuated Ye Jin's radiating beauty even more and a thought struck him.
