Ashton, I can walk y'know." Luke yawned, as Ashton carried him bridal style up the stairs. "Mhm." Ashton hummed as he entered their shared room and laid Luke down on the bed. "Then, why are you c-carrying me?" Luke stumbled to question, he was obviously drunk. "Because you can barely walk when you get drunk." Ashton said, kissing Luke's forehead and settling down beside him on their bed, covering them both with the blanket. "Yea I c-can, you just n-never let me." Luke pouted as he waved his hands in the air, motioning nothing in particular. "And I never will." Ashton said before flicking off the light. It was hard for Ashton to fall asleep because Luke kept yelling his name out of nowhere. "Aasshhtooonn!" Luke said stretching out his name, and clinging to his arm. "What Luke?" Ashton questioned Sitting up and facing the wasted boy. "Remember w-when you f-first told me you l-liked me, and I s-said I liked y-you too." Luke mumbled out against Ashton's shoulder. "Yea, I was nervous as hell. But happy when you said you felt the same way." After 5minutes of silence, Ashton thought that Luke was finally going to sleep so he laid back down. "Aasshhtooonn!" Luke drowsily yelled again. "What Luke?" Ashton mumbled against his pillow, he could feel Luke scoot close and snuggle up to him. "Remember; when we went to the McDonalds p-playground and you t-thought we were gonna g-get in trouble?" Luke inquired, yawning again. "Yes, Lukey it was very fun, now go to sleep." Ashton slurred as he wrapped an arm around his boyfriend. Ashton thought for sure Luke was asleep since no movement was felt. But he was wrong. "Aasshhtooonn!" Luke called again, this time poking his side. "Fucking hell! What Lucas?" Ashton cussed growing annoyed by the restless boy. "Remember when we got in our 1st argument and we almost broke up, but we made up 30 minutes later and you fucked me so hard my ass hurt for 2 weeks?" Ashton let out a barely audible chuckle before sighing deeply. "Yes, Lukey." Luke smiled into Ashton's chest and nuzzled his head into Ashton's neck. "Ashy?" Luke called one more time. "Yea?" "Remember when you got really annoyed by me because I kept asking you remember when and all you wanted to do was sleep but I kept calling you and it was like 3:00am?" Luke asked for the last time. "yea, that's happening right now." Ashton yawned. "Ash?" Luke said in a drowsy almost inaudible whisper. "Yes Luke?" Ashton whispered back. "I love you, good night." Luke said before yawning and then falling asleep. Ashton smiled, quickly kissed Luke's forehead twice and said, "I love you too, Lukey." Before he too fell into a deep sleep, nothing but their heartbeats and each other's embrace leading them to it.
